‘Dozens of people have been arrested in Pakistan after a teenager accused his Hindu headteacher of blasphemy, sparking riots.

The principal, who owns the school, was accused of making comments about the Prophet Muhammad in Sindh province.

A large mob then allegedly attacked a Hindu temple, shops and the school in the town of Ghotki on Saturday.

The principal is now in custody facing blasphemy charges. If found guilty, he could face the death penalty.

The rioters have also been charged under the blasphemy act, according to BBC reporters in Pakistan. However, they face a lesser charge of attacking a temple which does not carry the possibility of a death sentence.’

The effects of partition are never ending it seems. Hindus still need to run to survive.

Be your own guru
Pakistan is what it is, a Mohammad with less power. Therefore, blasphemy against Hindus and Christians, along with abduction of Hindu and Christian girls, their conversion to Islam and marriage to Muslims, and destruction of temples and churches. But USA needs you and China pampers you, therefore, not a worry in the world. Do as you want, even with your own people, the Balochs, Mujahirs and the Kashmiris. As for arrests, who cares about that. they will get bail, even the terrorist overlords get bail. And if they are in jail for consumption of the world, they are well-looked after.

Local Muslims of Ghokti stand together with Hindus to protect a Hindu temple from the rioters.

"Islamabad: A show of interfaith harmony was seen in Ghotki on Tuesday when hundreds of locals, mostly Muslims, took to the streets to express solidarity with the Hindu community.

The rally was organised after a mob vandalised a temple and a school run by a Hindu principal, who was accused of committing blasphemy and is in police custody.

The Muslim population of the town, mostly youths, spent Sunday night inside the temple to thwart any further attacks on the Hindu community taking refuge there."

I wonder how much more does it take for some people to finally fess up to the truth that Islam is not a religion of peace.

I'm surprised there are Hindu officials in Pakistan.
Apparently the Pakistani populace is threatened by freedom of conscience. Apparently they realize, unconsciously, that their house is built on sand. They cannot defend it with words or reason, so must resort to violence, to prevent it even being questioned.

No worries !
Well the Moon and star are a symbol of Islam so I'm not surprised muslim countries have it on their flags.
As for secularism, even tho I'm very happy living in a secular country where everyone is free to practice their religious beliefs in peace, I don't think imposing it to others is the best way to calm everyone down.
I Can only Hope they find and settle in a système that benefits everyone without the need of constant violence.

.... Uh are you okay tho ?
I don't know man! Is anyone using Horace Allen's Scottish Psalter?! Trade you a King of America for a Scottish Psalter.

As long as the West accepts the word Islamophobe, which Muslim Apologists try to impose on us

Some will get it though.

Muslims (ca. 2 billion) will never fess up to the truth, because you know "it's blasphemy means in Islamic world you might get killed for it".

First they need to leave Islam, oh wait... which is Apostacy, punishable by death

Pretty solid "SECT" I'd say
I can't see it any other way
