This is true:I read an article that says state of New York is about to get ahold of 8, years worth of tax and finance records that could be proof of finance crimes by Trump.
Can't find much to corroborate this. Also my sister says they have already started impeachment proceedings is this correct,?
Especially people who helped the mob launder money.Anyone's tax records could reveal crimes.
Yay!This is true:
Trump: New York prosecutors subpoena eight years of tax returns

The POINT, Nanook, was the deliberately misleadingEspecially people who helped the mob launder money.

News to me. I haven't heard anything of the sort and I live in New York.
Anyways, Chairman
Cuomo is much too busy battling the Seneca Nation over casino revenue leaving a trek of dilapidated roadways that go through the nation's territory as a testament to the stellar relationship they have with one another.
Don't forget the Mario M. Cuomo bridge.

Proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt is the threshold for sending someone to prison, as well it should be.And further still from finding criminality.
I guess it is just a Chinese culture thing, that
it is good to presume innocence until guilt is
demonstrated?
It may have once been an american thing, but
it isnt any more?

The threshold for a civil trial is "the preponderance of the evidence." Again: a good standard for that purpose.
The threshold for merely thinking someone is a scumbag is a personal matter. Still, it makes sense for the bar to suspect a person or think less of them to be a lower bar than the one you would need to clear to take a big chunk of money away from a person in a civil suit.
BTW: what makes you say that Trump's guilt hasn't been demonstrated?
Actually based solely on legal system, China is Guilty until proven innocent and the USA is innocent until proven guilty..... however, at least in the US, that does not seem to be the practice of late.
