list a basic collection

and is it suited to you?

or are you assuming you have chosen well?

or maybe it's restricted by medical cause

but the target is...….the balance
do you think you know how?

Whole Foods Plant Based Diet (WFPB Diet), unfortunately there is no catchy abbreviation. Most just refer to it as ‘Whole Foods’ or ‘Plant Based’, although the latter is often confused with veganism.
This is healthy veganism.
Here’s a good informational link with useful videos to boot.

No medical restrictions on my own diet, although I’ve been an insulin dependent diabetic for almost 40 years. My wife is an internist, and is gung-ho about the WFPB diet.
Actually, calling it a “diet” is a misnomer. It really is just a lifelong series of healthy food choices.
Check out the website.

....and yes. It is ‘balanced’ with no nutritional deficiencies, regardless of what certain advertisements from the meat and dairy mega-corps would have you think (I believe their latest is, “Oh No! Without meat and milk you will be deficient in Choline!”) Not!

Enjoy!

A lot of plants, both cooked and raw, and a variety of protein sources is the basis of what I eat.

I just eat whatever my brain tells me to eat... But sometimes, my brain tells me it's a good idea to bust out the Nutribullet, and throw in some kale, carrots, broccoli, pears, cantaloupe and any other rare kind of food I can find, pour in some water or aloe water or coconut water and blend them all together, and just POUND IT..!

...Because they say with vitamins, your body only absorbs a small percentage of the nutrients, because they go straight to the colon... but through the full digestive process, of the body actually breaking down the foods, your body absorbs twice the amount of nutrients.

So eating bread, just before juicing, will be a good way of forcing your body to digest and break down mass amounts of nutrients all the way through.

I plan to eat bacon and sugary pie and die when I'm 60.
that might work

my grandfather lived to be 100
walked all the way there

I used to watch my grandmother make cherry pie
and it looked like the entire 4lb bag of sugar would be sifted into the bowl

later.....grandad would shovel a teaspoon or more table sugar unto his
cherry pie ala mode
"You didn't get enough sugar in the cherries!"
