I feel happy in life, but i’m glad to defend that hard won happiness by criticising theocracy, which I see as the greatest threat to that happiness.

It is my belief that theocracy can be imported.

I am reasonably happy, could be better, could be much much worse.

What concerns me about others lives??? I would like them to be happy too, its called caring

No I'm not happy all the time with life and most people if they are honest are the same.

I don't think it's about worrying, but it is about caring. For example, last night I offered my help to a 9 year old kid and his parents. They're recent immigrants, a little short on English skills, and there may be a time I could be of benefit. As a retired teacher I do have some skills regarding learning, reinforcing the idea it'll be all right. He's in 4th grade, speaks Tamil at home, and probably appreciated my friendly gesture. I'm not worried about him.

But I think that what you're trying to get at is why people want to interfere with other's lives in the guise of 'help', or the chronic complainers that our society and all its people are living immorally, and the world is going to pot.

Me, I'm curious about other people and why they go about doing the stuff they do.

I'm not complaining about other people. Just like to know what makes them tick. Easier to deal more effectively with folks if you understand what motivates them. Like religion, politics, culture.

It doesn't bother me what people believe. One just has to deal with a lot of different people in life. Helps if you know where one might find common ground.
