Tell EPA to Choose Pollinators Over Poisons

4,000 Kinds of Bees Threatened by This Pesticide

Did you know that bees pollinate 1 out of every 3 bites of food that we eat? We clearly owe a lot to our pollinator friends, and now they urgently need our help.

Trump's Environmental Protection Agency has just approved an enormous expansion of the use of the bee-killing pesticide sulfoxaflor, which the agency itself considers "very highly toxic" to bees. Not only will this put thousands of bee species in harm's way, but it also means the pesticide could end up on a wide range of favorite crops like cherries, strawberries, peaches and citrus.

Tell the EPA to keep sulfoxaflor off our food and protect pollinators, not chemical-company profits.

The Center for Biological Diversity and allies recently sued Trump's EPA over its decision to expand the use of sulfoxaflor. While that case plays out in court, the EPA is moving on to the final step in its disastrous approval process: setting of pesticide-residue levels allowed on our food.

Act now to tell the EPA that no amount of sulfoxaflor should be allowed on the food we eat. Instead the agency must protect our already-imperiled pollinators by banning sulfoxaflor and other neonicotinoid pesticides

I have run out of responses to this.

Big Business is insane.

Democratic capitalism is destroying our planet, our mental, emotional and physical health, and any hope of a pleasant future for our descendants.

But that has to be better than any alternative, right ?

Any and every alternative is feared and ridiculed while our tragically failing cultural experiment comes unstuck at the seams.

The Emperor is wearing no clothes.

We all know what the problem is but action speaks louder than words.

The solution: political action, vote, petition, lift a finger.

I sent that message to the EPA. I hope others will follow suit.

Here is that link once more:

Tell EPA to Choose Pollinators Over Poisons

Pass this link on to others you know.

Pat yourself on the back after you are done!

The human race was in danger of dying eternally from sin:
God, because He cared and loved, took action and sent Christ.

We are in danger of starving to death because pollinators, bees, are endangered.
Pesticides are on our food and hurting us.

Take up your cross by telling the government about it. It will be much less painless than
what Jesus endured on the Calvary cross.

The Amish have it right:
no chemicals in farming. All organic.

In America "The Emperor" is "We The People".

The current regime does not care. Regime change is the answer.

The rock and the hard place we are between: vote GOP to save your guns, vote Demo to save the environment

I'm OK by a pump shotgun, a bolt-action rifle and a revolver plus a clean environment to live and hunt game in.

I'll pass on a cool AR-15 for clean air and water.

The gun thing is a lie based on taking a totally tiny viewpoint and pretending it's universal on the left. And of course, add paranoia to that equation.

The truth is we can't have everything we please from any politician.

How much liberty will you give for safety?

How much liberty will you give for personal health?

How much liberty will you give for money or property?

What do you value?

What's your priorities?

What's your price for a clean environment and a beautiful American landscape?

What's your price for a well-maintained infrastructure?

Freedom isn't free.

Those on the right might grab AR-15's too? I can see some people who are "paranoid" about "ugly black guns".
