^the religion is theistic, what you are calling 'supernatural'.

As non theism, your interpretation is generally meaningless, hence a question that supposes an answer.

I am asking sincerely,

Are you confused that's this a Christian based question?

That's going to vary by definition of christian.

Since I don't call myself a christian, I will let your question stand as it is, and simply maintain that you cannot combine theism text and non'theism text in the same text.

No supernatural magic, that's cheating.

Why is it cheating?

Having an sinless nature and being blessed by God
"He grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man"
as Luke says

He gave us God Himself, present in the flesh of a man, living a life without sin.
Everything else he did and said came out of that fact.

No one else but Jesus was able to give us that.

No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, he has made him known.
John 1:18

If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.”
John 14:7

Not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is from God; he has seen the Father.
John 6:46

I and the Father are one.
John 10:30

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
Colossians 1:15

For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,
Colossians 2:9

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1

Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
John 14:9

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:6

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:14

He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
Hebrews 1:3

I don't know.

He's only God.
So? God is found in stuff as ubiquitous, commonplace, and dull as dust, as well as in the grand, unique sublimity of a single sunset. Grandiose? Mundane? It’s all One.

Edit: what would astounding scientific pedantics profit ancient shepherds?

So I guess Davidj you are treating others as you'd like to be treated. We can accomodate that in the future. Vague questions and never directly answering anything. Got it.

What does that mean?
I thought it was clear enough. How would astounding scientific teachings be remotely useful to illiterate workers, whose minds couldn’t conceive of science? The teachings would do them no good.

Edit: seems to me God’s time would be better spent on other endeavors than impressing post-modern skeptics with quantum physics.
