Hate The Government Thread

I hate the Government when it serves the Bankers' interests....Freemasons' interests and so on.

I love it when it lowers taxes on labor to favor hiring, investments, etc...
When it helps business, or saves business from bankruptcy

When I want to borrow money, I go to my banks.
Paying interest is just the cost of using their money.
It's fair & useful.
Also, my relationship with my banks is voluntary.
But government....they impose the relationship they want.

What I don't like is how difficult it is to drive in DC, and I think DC has a confusing traffic system. I don't like all the high prices there. Also there's always somebody trying to sell small water for 5$. Hot dogs are so expensive there. Next time I go I'm just going to take a backpack full of hotdogs and as a protest hand them out for free, and I'm going to hold up a great big sign that says "Hot dogs and water shouldn't be so expensive, DC!"

Ok the real, true problem with the government is that its always run by self serving people who are barely kept in check by one another. Actually they all believe that they aren't kept in check, which is the only thing that keeps them in check.

The title says it all.
Bring your hatred here.
Rules:
1) No praising government or condemning business.
2) See #1

If you owe the IRS back taxes, you may lose your passport

Well, I suppose it depends on how one defines "government."

Suppose there was a private businessman who controlled a political machine which could bribe, blackmail, or coerce local politicians and other officials. Wouldn't that private businessman be, in effect, a government official - or at least considered an integral part of government and how it operates?

I love my........ ummm......... Paris Hilton sex tapes?

The trouble with my bloody Guvmint is that it is stupid!
The bloody leaders in it didn't want to leave Europe, and then, because the referendum voted for Brexit these idiots stayed in power and promised to leave Europe even though they had no heart in it.

God knows how many years later they're still beggering about with their stupid ideas about how to achieve what they never wanted.

Where is Mr friggin' Farage?? !!

All then university degrees and not one unit of common-sense between the whole bunch of 'em.

Twerps!

My government, when it represented the human people, was something that I was proud of. It protected the working class, and the environment (at least passingly), and businesses, our health, education and our sovereignty.
Then dark money from big businesses got into it. Big businesses bought off the politicians and judges in order to make the government see big business as “people”, with rights just like humans.
Then, since these “people couldn’t speak like normal human citizens” :(, they bought their officials again to declare money as ’free speech’ which must not be blocked.

Now these “people” pour billions of dollars free speech into our elections, from whatever source they like, guaranteeing that future laws send more and more of our tax moneys to protect their “free speech”, with more and more “free speech” going into the hands of the very few ‘speechy’ business “leaders”.

There. I was factual and honest, yet I didn’t “technically” violate rule #1. ;)

I'm furious over Uncle Sam's continued use of militarily attacking and bombing someone. It's been a very long time since the troops have actually defending our freedom, yet they die and suffer horrible, and left to rot and die once they no longer serve. I wouldn't hate the military budget as much if the money went to making sure the troops are taken care of for until they die and the aren't left to struggle. I hate that Uncle Sam is utterly unconcerned about enforcing his own laws onto states. The Constitution doesn't forbid medical treatments - it does prohibit the respecting of religion and tests of religious faith for office. And those Uncle Sam lets influence him, he listens to those motivated by greed and fear. Uncle Sam will let them put a price tag on just about anything, and he allows them to teach "sex is ew, gross, icky."
