I'm not sure... but having read 1000 books by my 40th birthday was cool.Just thinking back in your life, what situation did you experience that made you proud? Whether it was an accomplishment, birth of a child, or a car you bought. Please share and discuss.
35 years ago, gaining my RYA/DptTrans Yachtmaster Offshore ticket........ hardest thing I ever did.
I built my first computer. This isn't saying much, but I worked many months at a job to pay for it. It was a two thousand dollar computer, back when gaming computers were more expensive. I would NEVER pay that now, nor could I really afford it. But that moment when I plugged it in and everything worked... priceless.
For me, it would be (eventually) graduating from university!
I put in a lot of hard work and in exchange I got a certificate and earned the right to wear a silly hat and put some letters behind my name
But more importantly I finally caught up with all my friends and family, who all had degrees - which was nice!
Coming out of Christianity and letting go of a lot of hate I had for a lot of people.
Dropping National Socialism.
Interesting. You're one of the coolest individuals I know that I've never met so it's surprising to hear. I'm glad you let the hate go and continue to improve yourself. I'm certainly of the belief that regardless of your religious faith, God will place you in situations where you can personally make self-improvements and if that means leaving one faith and adopting another so that you better yourself, so be it.
Edit: You're probably also cool because you're English, as I for some reason get along better with English people than American.
Germans attend an engine show I frequent.I have a hard time getting along with Germans. I'm thinking most people do?

Well I was being facetious. There are all kinds of cool people across the world. In my experience Germans are cool people with cool accents especially the women. It just boils down to the individuals you've met. Can't brush em all.
