Trump Freaks Out Over ‘The Hunt,’ a Satirical Film He Doesn’t Understand, as U.S. Reels From Mass Shootings
President Trump took time out of his busy Friday to highlight yet another personal grievance: an upcoming “Racist” movie from “Liberal Hollywood,” the satirical point of which the president couldn’t understand or seemingly didn’t care to grasp...
The satirical premise of the film appeared to turn on lampooning well-off, angry liberals, portraying them as villainous psychos and the abducted right-wingers as victims in a horror scenario.
The nuance seemed lost on the president, whose annoyance at the picture had been brewing for days.
This is why it is important to actually watch things before flying off the handle about them.

Trump is not very bright. He hears no voice but his own... and he NEVER shuts up.
Extending your theory, playing marbles or changing a light bulb have psychological effects.I am not demanding, I am suggesting.
But what I would like to see are studies done on the prevalence of guns and the psychological impact.
I believe that just owning a gun has a profound impact on how a person views the world, and the more powerful the gun the more powerful that psychological impact. And I believe that psychological impact is drastically more significant than the impact of a game, or a movie.
I have no evidence to back that up, because the studies have not been done. But there is a saying that when you are carrying a hammer everything looks like a nail. So what must the world look like to someone carrying a “hammer” designed to kill people.
I also think there is a psychological impact of just hearing news reports of mass shootings. I think that is having an impact. I would like to see that studied more.
You conveniently never proved 'deplorables' was even used. That's the conspiracy theory you've bought into. You conveniently left out the term used, deploreables..
Sigh, no conspiracy theory, it was part of the screen play, part of the movie. You conveniently never proved 'deplorables' was even used. That's the conspiracy theory you've bought into.
What makes you think deplorables was used? What makes you think the elitists are liberals?Sigh, no conspiracy theory, it was part of the screen play, part of the movie.
You first said that the hunters being liberals was a conspiracy theory, I note you have dropped that bogus CHARGE.
I will move my hotspot so I can copy and paste you the links from my PC, I don't know how to do it from my tablet.
Do you like bourbon sauce with your naked crow ? You will e eating it, whether you like it or not.
Perhaps. But at the same time Hoppy was shooting bad guys in the arm hundreds of Good Ole' Cowboys and Calvery Guys were killing savage indians. Your memory seems to be selective.Hopalong Cassidy never killed any bad guy, he shot him in the arm.
I used to walk 2 -1/2 miles to school, part of it through orange groves. We all did it, girls and boys.
There is no parent in their right mind who would allow their fourth grader to do that now,
You conveniently left out the term used, deploreables..
Who cares about what Trump thinks regarding the matter ?It makes no difference

The movie is an ultra left wingers wet dream. Murdering political enemies, people with southern accents from red states.
It is glorification of political violence in a country with way too many loons who want to kill people for political reasons.
Stop trolling. Stop with the conspiracy theories. Do you take medication? The movie is an ultra left wingers wet dream. Murdering political enemies, people with southern accents from red states.
.
LOL. You are the only person on earth who denies this movie contains what it contains. No one associated with it denies the content. Those who have previewed the movie affirm the crassly political content.Stop trolling. Stop with the conspiracy theories. Do you take medication?

"During his Wednesday testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, special counsel Robert Mueller told Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., that a president could be charged with a crime after leaving office.I was a LEO for 25 years, a criminal investigator for a chunk of those years.
Either there is evidence to go to the grand jury, or file with the DA, where a case can be taken to court and adjudicated, or there is not.
Conspiracy is a specific intent crime. One must be able to prove the subject had specific intent to commit the crime. Without intent, there is no conspiracy.
If I cannot feel comfortable with my evidence,if it is weak, and will not prove conspiracy, the case ends.
Now, what you think about my investigation or the quality of evidence it is totally irrelevant. It is like counting goals in a table tennis game, it means nothing, just another opinion.
The investigator and prosecutor are responsible for evaluating evidence and bringing a case are the only ones that count.
No case means no conspiracy. Anyone accused is presumed innocent till they are proved guilty in a court of law.
No adjudication, no crime, innocence.
Again, opinions mean nothing.
Not too long ago, I wrote a paper on the subject of whether violent video games cause violent behavior (e.g. aggressiveness, lack of empathy) in young adults. Earlier studies had indicated a tentative connection between the two, but later studies done under more rigorous conditions do not point to the same conclusions. In fact, most recent studies were not able to draw a correlation between violent video game play and violent behavior in young adults at all. And in some cases, such as online multiplayer games where the players have to work together as a team to beat a "boss," results showed that such players tended to be more co-operative and engaged in other pro-social behaviors (e.g. sharing, volunteering) in "real life."I think there have been lots of studies in this area. And they seem to refute the idea that they cause people to act out violently. Not that I am opposed to more studies, there are probably studies going on right now.
My opinion is that violent games and movies are not a major factor in the current epidemic of gun violence in the U.S. If there is evidence to the contrary I will reconsider.
But right now I think this idea is being put forward as a distraction.
