Is Jesus an angel?

Jehovah's Witnesses and Adventists claim that Michael (the angel) is Jesus. However, in the Bible Jesus is neither described as an angel nor as Michael. Not once.
They also claim that Michael is the only Archangel, which is not said in the Bible.
What is an Archangel?
There are altogether seven archangels, each of these seven angels has his own troop and the archangel is the leader of his troop. Those seven troops each have a specific task. The book of Enoch(20:1-8) gives us information about this:
And these are the names of the holy angels who watch. Uriel, one of the holy angels, who is over the world and over Tartarus. Raphael, one of the holy angels, who is over the spirits of men. Raguel, one of the holy angels who takes vengeance on the world of the luminaries. Michael, one of the holy angels, to wit, he that is set over the best part of mankind and over chaos. Saraqael, one of the holy angels, who is set over the spirits, who sin in the spirit. Gabriel, one of the holy angels, who is over Paradise and the serpents and the Cherubim. Remiel, one of the holy angels, whom God set over those who rise.

The archangels are also mentioned in the book of Tobit (12:15):
I am Raphael, one of the seven angels who stand by and enter before the glory of the Lord.

Revelation 21:9 mentions the seven angels too:
Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.

The book of Enoch is older than many other books in the Bible.
For example the Revelation (95 AD.) and the book Daniel (167 BC.) are much younger. Thus the Book of Enoch is the oldest known apocalyptic script.

Apocalyptic literature was very popular from about 300 BC when Enoch was composed.

The older sections (mainly in the Book of the Watchers) of the text are estimated to date from about 300 BCE - 200 BCE, and the latest part (Book of Parables) probably to the 100 BCE.[4]

Various Aramaic fragments found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, as well as Koine Greek and Latin fragments was proof that The Book of Enoch was known by early Jews and Christians. This book was also quoted by some 1st and 2nd century authors as in the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs. Authors of the New Testament were also familiar with some content of the story.[5] A short section of 1 Enoch (1:9) is cited in the New Testament, Epistle of Jude, Jude 1:14–15, and is attributed there to "Enoch the Seventh from Adam" (1 En 60:8), although this section of 1 Enoch is a midrash on Deuteronomy 33:2. Several copies of the earlier sections of 1 Enoch were preserved among the Dead Sea Scrolls.[3]

Three extensive Apocrypha are attributed to Enoch:

  • Book of Enoch, composed in a Semitic language and preserved in Ge'ez, first brought to Europe by James Bruce and translated in English by August Dillmann and Reverent Schoode[5] – recognized by the Orthodox Tewahedo churches and usually dated between the third century BC and the first century AD.
  • Second Book of Enoch or the Book of the Secrets of Enoch, written in Old Bulgarian, first translated in English by William Morfill[6] – usually dated to the first century AD.
  • 3 Enoch, a Rabbinic text in Hebrew usually dated to the fifth century AD.

No, Christ isn´t an angel.

Your choice of books to make your point leaves much to be desired.

Jesus claimed to be equal to God. I suggest you read Isaiah 14:12-17. Jesus is the modern day idol of Israel and Christians are his prisoners. II Timothy 2:26. "And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will". God appeared to Moses for forty days and nights, in a mount, while fasting, and commissioned him. Like wise, Satan appeared to Jesus also for forty days and nights, in a mount, while fasting and commissioned him. Jesus was offered all the kingdoms of the world if he would serve Satan. He came out of that preaching the kingdom of God. He took the offer. If Jesus is God, then God is dead. If Jesus bodily rose from the dead and is bodily coming back, then he's a Zombie. There are not three gods. The god of Christianity suffers from a multiple personality disorder.

Isaiah was written by a committee around 167 BC.. and refers to the Babylonian exile and King Cyrus.

I suspect you were born before 1939? Psalm 49:19. "He shall go to the generation of his fathers: they shall never see light". If you cling to your idols until the end, you're not going to make it. The end is the death and resurrection of the Messiah. Salvation will come down to belief. This will be the third and final judgment by fire. It is called the "valley of decision" and it will affect the heathen. Joel 3.

I speak for the living God of Israel and I speak the Truth. Bottom line: the purpose of Life is Life itself. The only way into Heaven is righteousness and right now it doesn't matter what religion you are. But you cannot commit a deadly sin and you have to repent.

Jesus did not want to be God, Jesus did not become God and Jesus is not the devil either. Jesus was and is God. Jesus is the Father, Jesus is YAHUAH.
You are Jewish, did you know that the name YAHUAH means Behold (a) Hand, Behold (a) Nail ? And that's not a theory, that's a fact. God prophesied everything from the beginning, His coming and His sacrifice.

The Vatican is modern day Babylon. Psalm 14:4-5. "That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! The Lord hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the scepter of the rulers". Isaiah 47:1. "Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans..." Babylon means "confusion" and Satan/Lucifer is its king. Isaiah 41:29. "Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion".

I was born long after 1939. Idols ?, not hardly. The Messiah has already died and been resurrected.

When He comes again, He will separate His Sheep from the goats.

Don´t be a goat.
