I'm not too sure I don't question the accuracy of IQ tests. However in stating this, I am not arguing that Americans are smarter than Asians at all. I question IQ tests for different reasons.
Actually that map speaks of indigenous people. That is, most Americans are indigenous to Europe.

AT-AT had it right, but to compare, think of a dad who's never there for his kids, goes behind his wife's back to be with other women, acts shady and crappy, lets one of his kids know he's talking to another women and don't tell mom, keeps putting his kid in a position to see him telling another woman "I love you my queen," and seeing "I love you my king" in return," and don't tell your mom and having no regard for the anguish that causes, take all that, a character you can't respect as a dad or a man, and fill the asterisks with a very harsh Italian phrase or word to insult a man's masculinity.

If holding onto one's emotions wards off being upgraded to Cyberleader, I have to wonder if they tried it to me would letting my anger and hatred freely and fully flow would it not only prevent this but cause a network-wide overload of the emotional dampeners of all Cybermen?

Doing case management I had to fight off a burning sensation of hating parents, because not all parents were as bad as the ones I dealt with then.

So...my female friend started singing...
I kissed a girl...I liked it...
As a response I started singing I kissed a girl...I vomited...
She burst out laughing spitting all the beer on us...and kept laughing, making a blunder in the pub...
