I'm relatively safe in northern MS. Those folks there need also to watch out for flesh eating bacteria. Anybody with wounds or weakened immune systems should not be in floodwater. Cancer patients, for example, should not go into it. Its fast acting bacteria that can kill you. Possibly people on various medicines ( even some allergy meds ), but I'm not sure what medicines. Don't play in the flood water.
