Hi Audie, thanks very much for your post and clarification. I understand much better where your coming from now so thankyou for that.

For me however, I do not see what you have written above is a reason not to believe God's Word because what your talking about here are prophecies written in the bible that have come to pass today which state that in the last days there will be many false teachers and those professing to be Chrstians but are not *Matthew 24:24; 2 Peter 2:1; 2 Thessalonians 2:3; 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12.

Now just because there is many false teachers and those that do not know or follow God's Word does not mean that there is no truth and no God's Word. Also, that does not mean that God does not have His people in every Church who are living up to all the knowledge that God has given to them. In fact the hour is coming and now is that all God's true people will here His voice (the Word) and come out from following man made teachings to follow Him in spirit and in truth accoding to His Word.

It is those who profess to be Chrstians that are not and those who do not believe and follow God's Word that will be accountable to God come judgment day. We only have today. It is not to late to turn to God now and make your peace with God and seek His forgiveness *1 John 1:9; Acts 2:38; John 3:16. All who do no tturn to God today will have to give an account to him at the judgment. For all those who turn their back to God it will be a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God when you have had the chance to hear God's Word but chose to turn away from it.

Have you never wondered that there must be more to life than being born, going to school and work, eating, drinking, living and dying? God has a plan for you and is calling you. That is why you are here. Can you hear His Voice?

If you ever do wish to know the truth of God's Word you can if you turn away from men to seek it. GOd promises to be your personal guide and teacher *John 14:26; John 16:13.

It is all those who seek God's truth through the words of men that are the ones lead away from God's Word. The words of men lead away from the Word of God *Romans 3:4; Matthew 15:3-9.

God commanded people not to do it * Leviticus 18:22; Leviticus 20:13. If we break God's Commandments we commit sin.

It is those who do not practice sin (breaking God's commandments and and not believing God's Word) that know God and are God's children. Those who practice sin (breaking God's Commandments) according to the scriptures are lying and do not know God...
