Logically as an agnostic it would appear to you that way, and it is natural your mind finds it confusing if it does not have the prerequisite knowledge to yet understand.

I grew up on this nonsense, fundamentalist Baptist. Have been hearing prophecy theories for 50 years. It is all just noise,

J12:15 Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an {donkey}'s colt.
M23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Speaking of M23:38 as it relates to Zion-ism and second coming, I find Daniel 11:45 very relevant, the King of the North sets up his Royal Tent in Israel at end times, this appears to correspond with the Beast of Revelation or horn thereof at end times, judgement occurs when that z state is no more. Who authorized the setting up of that state....UN. Who set up the UN in NY and who provided the land?

Can't be.

19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
So you are implying that when the 'two horns like a lamb' beast spoke like a dragon, it is not actually a dragon, but merely imitates it?

Kings representing their kingdoms = power. Nebuchadnezzar was the golden headed king of Babylon.

Communism didn't die, it got repurposed... and renamed for decades. Communism is good for using its followers as canon-fodder. But the followers were told they were all equal, and would get... whatever brand of smoke-and-mirrors the Communists were selling to a particular people.

The son of perdition is an accurate description of the nature of the beast. It will pretend to believe/follow Jesus Christ, as Judas did. It will be greedy for money, so it will be a traitor. If it repents, that will be too late, because it will have committed the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, like the Pharisees did.

13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

The wounded head is the little horn of Daniel.
Jesus references the book of Daniel... the book that was sealed. Revelation was never sealed because the time was at hand. Revelation opens the book of Daniel.

The heads are nations and nationalities. It seems like there should be 10 heads, so either the 3 have already been uprooted by the little-horn/wounded-head(LH-WH) at this point, or 10 nationalities exist within the 7 nations. But it seems to me that each nationality has its own strength/talents, which are its intrinsic source of power. So, the missing 3 heads have been genocided by the LH-WH. And it seems to me that the LH-WH drives the beast, which means the harlot is of that LH-WH nation.

The name(s) of blasphemy is the key. "Full of names of blasphemy" means more than the name of blasphemy upon its heads. It means 7 whole nations full of the name(s) of blasphemy. Apparently the 3 are not.

13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And Revelation 2:9.

Well it's evidence that you have no clue or idea about anything, nothing you said makes no sense at all and doesn't line up to Revelation,

Seeing that Jesus Christ has already gave the interpretation of all things in his book of Revelation himself.

Notes to myself. So the fact that there is a tradition of the city of Jerusalem being built on seven hills puts it into contention as the Whore of Babylon. Apparently Jerusalem was once known as Zion. Zechariah 9:13 Scarlet came to be used as a symbol of working class rebellion, communism.

The beast is not a person because of the text in red.
The heads and horns and crowns are in blue.

13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

The woman is sitting upon all of the nations of the world. The beast is international.

12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Daniel 7:8 I noticed his horns, and behold, another little horn came up in the midst of them, and before it three of the former horns were rooted out...

The Book of Revelation is not written in order, as Daniel plainly shows. The horns represent power, and are sovereign because of their crowns. When the three horns are rooted out, their power and sovereignty is gone. The little horn is a power, but the three who sponsored her are not powerful or even sovereign.

Here's the debatable questions: Who are the three uprooted horns? Who's the little horn?

There is no little horn of Revelation.
Why people try to incorporate the book of Daniel into the book of Revelation.
When there is no where in the book of Revelation that the book of Daniel is made mention of.

Do you think the symbolism of distinct bear, lion, leopard, and iron teethed beasts, with a total of seven heads, one with ten horns in Daniel, and otoh a combined bear, lion, leopard beast with seven heads, one with tens horns in Revelation have no relationship? I would suggest the reason Revelation has a combined beast is that by the time of John, the kingdoms represented by the first three beasts in Daniel have passed, so the beast presented in Rev combines all that has come before as one beast, to make it consistent with the prophecy in Daniel having been fulfilled.

Yes... I'm saying that the beast and the false prophet (the other beast) were thrown into the pit. Satan isn't either one of them, because he gets clamped in chains after the two beasts are already on fire. Horns like a lamb is also an imposter. An imposter is a blasphemer, giving God a bad reputation. One of the prophets says 'he who choses you is an abomination'.

The Pharisees of Persia said Jesus did miracles by the power of Satan... thereby calling the Holy Spirit the devil... and committing the unpardonable sin of blaspheming the Holy Spirit.

The kingdoms of Daniel's statue haven't passed... they've changed their names. The Persians were at least PART of the Aryan invasion that were the Achaeans, the Dorians and the Spartans. Glotz wrote a book in 1923 called The Aegean Civilization. In that book, he explains these things, along with the nudity of the Dorians, on pages 39, 53-54, 64, etc. I'm sure Adolphus Reinach did a more complete job of dispelling the mysteries in L'Hellenisation du Monde Antique... but I'm still learning French... and Glotz says he uses much material of Reinach in tribute to the fallen hero who was to have written the book Glotz has authored.

And Persia is still before us: the Aryans. Godbey says that the Tuareg people believed that the devil has yellow hair and blue eyes. I don't know that I'd go that far, being of a lightish skin myself... but truth be told, the Aryan invaders cancelled all of the civilization of the Mediterranean, some of which we've barely regained.

See, I believe that races have their own talents... the talents of the Aegeans built Crete, which is the basis of Western Civilization. Waters flowing eastward, every Oriental Mirage and successive Barbarian Invasions have burned our efforts and decimated our Aegean stock. But we had begun to colonize before the last fact... which MSM fails to record. So, Minoan Civilization still claims part of Spain and France and England and every place these trueblood Europeans have gone in search of land and trade goods.

And while I'm on that subject. Phoenicians are red-skinned people (similar to the epithet "red-neck")... so called by the Aryan invaders. But the women who didn't spend as much time out of doors were not red-skinned. The same thing is true of Egypt. But the Phoenicians are also told about in a French book by Autren called "Phoeniciens, Essai de Contribution a l'Histoire Antique de la Mediterranee" ... there are many reasons to learn French, as it turns out. Politically Incorrect books don't always get translated and/or published by TPTB. But the clues are on the ground, in Josephus' Antiquities 13.5, and 1 Maccabees 12:5-23. Some people can't seem to help bragging.

All of this is why I believe Who's Who is the most important Ancient History Question.

Edited to add: (1) Babylon was Akkadian, (2) Persia is Elam, and (3,4) Greeks and Romans came from the Caspian area, too... then they're all the same people, with different names. The Prophet says that God will pit His sons against the sons of Greece. Spartans are related to Dorians and Achaeans... what Homer calls the Greeks. But Troy was pre-Hellenic Aegean-Cretan Minoans.

If you mean who wrote the UN Charter, that would be the Zionists... with perhaps a few puppets in attendance. The same way Palestine got handed to Bolsheviks. And Asia Minor got gifted to the Ottoman Turks... as if the loser in a war should get the prize, and/or Central Asia isn't big enough for Attila's relatives. What good did the Gates of Vienna do, or the efforts of the French to keep the Moslems out of Europe... today, the Huns and the Moslems are the same thing... both pretending to be Arabs (whatever THAT term is supposed to prove... it's like the Huns pretending that Illyria always belonged to them) or Israel (a people not a land)... a people which seem very much to have been Hurrians and Sumerians, by the Bible they wrote on clay.

And if Israelis are Spartans as they claim, then they're Aryan Indo-Iranians... and they conquested a whole lot more than the tiny strip of Palestine. When Cyrus came, the Jews came with him, and slaughtered the people AGAIN... and those who don't (or rather, can't) learn from history are still being killed in those same lands today.

Daniel was a fiction.

The original purpose of the Book of Daniel was to comfort and encourage persecuted Jews during the Maccabean revolt. It all began in December of 167 BC, when the Seleucid emperor Antiochus Epiphanes desecrated the Temple in Jerusalem with an idol bearing his likeness.

Mixing it up with Revelation is a travesty.

Glotz, The Aegean Civilization
published in 1923

p.39 "… (2000)… The Aryans left the shores of the Caspian and swarmed in every direction. They made their way into Turkestan, Iran, and India, and one tribe, the Mitanni, made a salient across the Tigris and Euphrates. The whole East felt the repercussions of this drive. The accession of the Xllth Dynasty (2000) was distinguished by hard struggles for the defence of Egypt, Canaan was born to a new life, shortly afterwards Troy II, the "Burnt City" was buried under two yards of debris, on which a simple village then arose, and in 1926 the Hittites subdued Babylonia. In Europe, too, it seems almost certain that peoples of Aryan origin arrived at this time. While the Proto-Latins were making their way towards Italy a race related to the Illyrians, the Hellenic race, made its appearance in the Balkan Peninsula. Soon the Achaians entered Thessaly, drove the old Pelasgian population into the surrounding hills, and installed themselves in the central region which was to keep their name."

p.53-54
"By dispersing themselves the Achaians had grown dangerously weak. In going off to every shore of the Mediterranean they left many gaps behind them. Gradually bands of the same race, speaking a dialect of the same language, came out of Illyria and made their way across Pindos, ever pressing further towards the South. The Dorians were coming into history."

p.64
"The Mycenaeans, however, did not always reject Minoan fashions. At Tiryns, on the frescoes of the First Palace, the men wear their hair at half-length, and have their faces shaven. Elsewhere bearded Mycenaeans are to be seen with their heads framed in curls; these are the "long-haired" Achaians of the Iliad ... In their turn the Dorians were to earn the epithet of men with "floating manes" and their descendants, the Spartiates of Thermopylai, still prepare for battle by combing their long hair."

"Jonathan having thus gotten a glorious victory, and slain two thousand of the enemy, returned to Jerusalem. So when he saw that all his affairs prospered according to his mind, by the providence of God, he sent ambassadors to the Romans, being desirous of renewing that friendship which their nation had with them formerly. He enjoined the same ambassadors, that, as they came back, they should go to the Spartans, and put them in mind of their friendship and kindred."
--Josephus, Antiquities 13.5

The Jews were Canaanites from Syria. See Ugaritic tablets.

These same Maccabeans and Jonathan say they're related to the Spartan Indo-Iranian/Persians... so how was the Hebrew book of Daniel written to them?

Do you really see the word Jew in the Ugarit Tablets? Or are you assuming something?

Esther says for fear of the Jews, even Persians were converted... and then there's this:

G25:1 "And Abraam again took a wife, whose name was Chettura. 5 But Abraam gave all his possessions to Isaac his son. 6 But to the sons of his concubines Abraam gave gifts, and he sent them away from his son Isaac, while he was yet living, to the east into the country of the east."

J8:37 "I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill Me, because My word hath no place in you."

R2:9 "I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and [I know] the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but [are] the synagogue of Satan."

Isn't calling themselves Jews their blasphemy? Saying you're chosen of God but seeking to kill God... and actually killing Him in the name of the Pharisees: whom Jesus tells us in the parable, killed Him for His inheritance. Jesus said that the Pharisees would be crushed by the stone of stumbling... Daniel says the same thing of the composite beast. 1 + 1 = 2.

It ain't rocket science.
