I much prefer herbal tea - and I have surrrrrreal dreams if I sleep on a full stomach!

Glimpses of reality

I find I sleep much sounder with a relatively empty stomach. I eat quite a BIT considering how thin I appear - just lucky I guess!

Insomnia is as big a deal as you make it - most of fhe time I am cool with the fact I might not be getting the recommended dose.
