Your mom's a Neanderthal Dennis.

Kangaroo Feathers

Yea, it is written in the Book of Cyril...
IIRC, No.
Because they branched off from our ape ancestors on a separate branch of the evolutionary tree. But I stand to be corrected
Well, our ancestors shortly after the LCA with those species probably mated with the ancestors of those species.

I had a better opinion of Neanderthals. :)

Did any of our ancestors mate with chimps or bonobos?

Most likely there was interbreeding between the three branches for about 800,000 years after they began to branch off, if I recall the estimates.

The more we learn, we learn that things are more complex than previously thought. To a child, a tree is very simple; but to a botanist a tree is very complex.

What? Me worry?
Yep.

Mum’s a Neanderthal, Dad’s a Denisovan: First discovery of an ancient-human hybrid

That explains my extra body hair , insignificant stature, hobbit feet, and low-cut brow.

It also led me to wonder about the folks that Adam and Eve were hanging out with in the Bible that were not mentioned.

There's obviously been some cross species Shenanigans going on. Rawwerr.........

I was taken aback by your title seeing how my name is Dennis. Mom would never qualify for Mother of the Year, but calling her a Neanderthal would sorta push it...just sayin'.

Asian women are the most highly evolved
members of the human species.

Probably not 'cross species' as such, but cross hybridization of sub-species involving at least Ancestors of Denisovans and Neanderthals, Neanderthals, Denisovans, and African homo sapiens.

Dogs, coyotes and wolves are carrying on that fine tradition.

Coyotes and wolves, even though potentially cross under artificial conditions are distinct species, and dogs are an artificially created subspecies of wolves by human's selective breeding. It is possible over time to consider dogs a separate species, but at present there is a grient of sub-specie genetics with some dogs like huskies that are very close to wolves.

This isn't really new info, that this sort of mating went on. It's been shown that various modern human populations have DNA from other human sub-species.

I don't know if you're serious or not - but, no. "More" or "less evolved" aren't scientific concepts. No one is more special or better than another due to their ethnicity.
