Want to hire illegals and skirt immigration laws? Temp agencies.

Personally these rampant rip off agencies, aka scams , should have been illegal to start with given the facts involved with these types of 'businesses' that you see just about everywhere. Likely next to that check cashing scam next door.

More Employers May Be Using Temps to Skirt Immigration Laws

No wonder they are so popular with illegals .
I can't remember how many times I have pointed this out.

Temp agencies like Manpower hire zillions of people that they know aren't legal. And that's their whole job, vetting employees for employers to hire. But the top management of Manpower isn't afraid of the government. They've got one of their own in the White House, a rich guy who is willing and able to lie for the benefit of other rich folks.

E verify, with required record keeping, which failure to do so or lie on the records results in a felony, should work well

So why is Trump forcing the Mexican government to take stronger action than than the USA government?
Why won't Trump present a plan to prosecute the people who actually give away American jobs?

What a tenuous and weak connection. The implied argument is lousy too.

The legislative branch makes the laws, not the executive.

If congress, both houses and both parties really wanted to address this problem, it would be solved.

One party talks a good game, but does little re immigration, the other party wants open borders.

The electorate has the power to throw all their butts out and make a congress that actually will meet immigration head on.

Don´t look for it to happen. We will become just another third world country

Did you read your link?

excerpt:

From Alabama poultry plants to Utah hotels, employers who want to hire unauthorized workers — or to escape accountability for their poor treatment of legal workers — appear to be turning to temp agencies and other labor contractors to evade scrutiny.

The practice is especially prevalent in Western and Southern states which require private employers to use E-Verify, a federal online service, to confirm that their employees are legal residents.

In eight of the nine states that require E-Verify for private employers (Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Utah), the number of temporary workers grew faster than the national average between 2012 and 2016, according to a Stateline analysis of Bureau of Labor Statistics data. The one exception was Louisiana.

I think it is great that he has bucked up to Mexico. That country is the greatest facilitator of illegal immigration there is. Their governments of the past have profited personally from the cartels, who profit greatly from illegal immigration. Illegals send massive amounts of US dollars to Mexico. These remittances total millions and millions of dollars. Mexico has always counted on this massive influx of cash into itś economy.

I can´t answer your second question.

You haven´t been listening very carefully.

Refusal to do anything to defend the border, with apprehensions this year are on track to be a million illegals, is a de facto open borders plan.

No one has refused to defend the borders. Dubya and Obama increased border patrol agents to 21,000. Most illegals fly into airports so Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs also have a big job to do.. and then there's the US Coast Guard.

You let Trump bleat about an emergency without looking at the facts.

Nonsense.
The greatest facilitator of illegal immigration to the USA is the employers who give American jobs away to illegal workers. Because that's Capitalism, hire the cheapest workers and boost profits.

I can´t answer your second question.
Of course you can't. Because Trump is responsible for the current situation.
And you can't bear to admit that Trump is a self centered billionaire who doesn't care about the USA. He just wants to be rich and famous, and he'll lie cheat and steal to get richer.

Of course Manpower hire 'zillions' of illegals.

It's a Socialist Democrat back door conglomerate encouraging rampant open borders policies for the illegals . Just look at their Democratic Socialist contribution rap sheet.

For 7th Consecutive Year, Visa Overstays Exceeded Illegal Border Crossings

"The report released Wednesday by the Center for Migration Studies of New York finds that from 2016-2017, people who overstayed their visas accounted for 62 percent of the newly undocumented, while 38 percent had crossed a border illegally. It is clear from our research that persons who overstay their visas add to the US undocumented population at a higher rate than border crossers."

In otherwords 62% came here legally, overstayed their visa and then became illegally here.

Maybe you're full of it, and Trump doesn't really want to deal with the reality?

I am a native of the Southwest. I live in the Southwest. We grow up knowing about illegal immigration, we experience itś results constantly. I know more about it than most people, because it is part of life in the Southwest. So, don´t tell me I am ignorant of the facts.

Economic migrants, posing as asylum seekers, who get one foot on US soil, have essentially a ticket to stay forever. They are given medical treatment, food, housing for a while, are given a hearing date, at least a year in the future, and are released. Most will never make their hearing.

The city of Yuma Az. has been over run by them, and has declared an emergency for the city. They have no money, wander the streets, sleep on the streets, and take precious city resources to deal with them, try and feed them, and care for them. They will eventually filter into the interior, take a job for a greatly reduced rate, but it will be more than they ever had. Their kids will go to school, courtesy of the American property owner, which creates problems since they don´t speak English, schools have to seek out bilingual teachers, where good teachers who only speak English are passed over.

What you don´t grasp is that the border is so long, through such hostile country, and there are not enough border patrol people to come even close to enforcing it. The dims hype technology as the answer, well, unless you are going to use a drone to shoot them in Mexico, all the technology in the world will not stop them from crossing.

The bizarre asylum laws we have, means finding them after the cross the border is too late. As they have been coached in Mexico, they say asylum, and the magic kingdom opens for them.

Asylum cities, all democrat, asylum states, all democrat, encourage and draw these people to the country, they refuse to co operate with ICE, have no communication with federal law enforcement.

Shakespeare said ¨ a rose by any other name still smells as sweet¨. Open borders by any other name still stinks.

Why can't Trump be as clear and threatening to USA employers, like Manpower, as foreign governments? Why can't he make Manpower stop encouraging illegal immigrants?

I tell you why I think Trump is unable to force USA employers to stop hiring illegal immigrants. Because the rich folks who pay Trump don't want immigration reform. The status quo works very well for them.

So all they want is Trump to grandstand, while he cuts their share of the tax burden, while keeping all those profitable illegal workers.

Oh, and start a few wars. Like in Venezuela and Iran.
