I'm more privy for the stories and jokes area myself.

That has nothing to do with a lawsuit between the owner of the park and insurance companies.
I see that the ability to reason has abandoned you once again. Creationism and Ark belief are two peas in a pod. This thread is about Ark believers. Your face palming privileges need to be revoked.

Doesn't matter if the park has the Ark in it. The religious connection has nothing to do with the lawsuit. Nor does it have a connection to evolution.

That you can't follow a conversation is not surprising to me. Once again, this thread is about Ark believers. You asked a question. It was answered for you. An inability to understand a simple explanation is no excuse to use a face palm. But you are amusing.

No, he's right. If the ark itself had been damaged by rain, that'd be funny.
But a road was damaged. So this thread is nothing but.....
"Something bad happened to creationists. Ha ha!"

No it's about a lawsuit between a park owner and his insurance companies that refuse to pay for rain damage.:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Still if would a best fit is in the creationism section. It is hardly "current events". Outside of the fact that they are creationists this story has no punch.

It has nothing to do with creationism.
And as a current event, a dispute with insurers is snoozeworthy.
Clearly, we need a Schadenfreude Only forum.

Except or the fact that the main protagonist is one of the most famous (infamous?) creationists in the land. If this was not a creationist story it would be of no note. Tell me where would you post it?

Though if a schandenfreude forum existed it would be a very good place for it. By the way, as a crossword fan I was so pleased when that word showed up in a NYT crossword puzzle and I was even more pleased with myself when I got the spelling right on the first go.
