New deals between Trumps lawyers and Congress

So here's the deal on the first thread I put up on Trumps blocks being overturned. Congress has made a deal with Trumps lawyers that they will wait till Trump appeals to make him hand it over, but only if they put an expedite on his appeals.

What this means is instead of waiting years or even one years for appeals to be done they will be shortened and expedited, so that's good, we don't have to wait years for Trump to go through the courts.

He still has to hand it over after he appeals.
