Appeals are a wonderful thing.
This is an excerpt from the bank, which mean Deutch is handing it over, if he were free to appeal he would not end his relationship with Deutch.
In a statement released after the ruling, Deutsche Bank said it won't fight the judge's order.

DONALD TRUMPTrump rails about impeachment, says Democrats are fishing
“We remain committed to providing appropriate information to all authorized investigations and will abide by a court order regarding such investigations," the statement read.

Capital One did not immediately return a request for comment.

Trump wrote a $35,000 check to his former personal attorney Michael Cohen from his Capital One checking account. The money was tied to the effort to pay off porn star Stormy Daniels, who alleged that she had an affair with Trump before he took office.

Cohen submitted the check to Congress ahead of his testimony in March.

You'd be surprised at how long lawyers can prolong a case. Especially expensive lawyers Trump can affod.
OH WONDERFUL I just up a new thread on this very topic! The thing is that Trumps lawyers made a deal with Congress that they would hold off making him hand over the paper work till he would file for appeal, IF they would expedite all apeals, which emans instead of being in court for years it'll be over in a few months yay!

They can do this to this one also. HE will still have to hand it over but,the appeals will go fast haha!

He only has to hand over if he has used all his appeals and the judgment stands. If a judgement comes back in his favor, he doesn't have to release them, unless he wants to, which he may, you never know.

No fantasy here. Just going by the laws that have been established in this country. People have a right to privacy, you can't just go through their personal info without a good reason. The Mueller report cleared Trump on the reasons the Dems was hoping they could impeach him on. Now they are just grasping at straws trying to appease their base and not look weak. But they only succeeding in looking weaker and weaker each day that goes by, and each failed attempt at manipulating laws to get their way.

You do realize if this judgement goes through it opens up tax returns for all politicians that live(d) in NY. I wouldn't mind looking at Hillary's tax returns when she was a senator in NY. You never know, might find something juicy there...
