Question, is there anyone here who thinks the video is on the right track? If so, please share your thoughts.

It's possible, at least to some degree. I went 4 months once with no sexual activity at all (no masturbation either). It was liberating at first. But eventually it just lost its appeal. I still like to practice some discipline time to time, maybe go a week, or two, at most a month. But that's just a personal challenge I like to try and meet for my own reasons. But I would doubt anyone who says they don't do it at all, unless they have been castrated/mutilated physically or mentally.
