"How To Stop Masturbating Forever"

I'm very sorry to hear that.
No, no, no. I figure if a certain amount of, ahem, private time leads to a 33% decrease in the frequency of prostate cancer, then even more should lead to an even bigger decrease in risk. A 100% decrease would mean no prostate cancer at all. Though this may be the result:

Everytime Arnold left to for gym, he would look an his winkie and say "I'll be back" to pump you
Theoretically, he could have been "heightening". Didn't Arnold, by his own admission, use steroids during this period in his life? Steroids increase in some areas, and diminish in others. Hence the need for the pump.

Edit:. Did they have "the pump" back then? @Skwim, you're the resident expert in these matters; Do u think Arnold had access to "the pump" while making "Pumping Iron 1977"? And if so, is it considered Masturbating?

That gives a whole new meaning to this skit:

Question, is there anyone here who thinks the video is on the right track? If so, please share your thoughts.

.

If someone feels that they have a masturbation or porn habit which is adversely impacting their life and they want to quit, the advice in the video seems reasonable.

Hey, when you're horny, and nobody's around to help you out, you know what to do.
Funny story... About boys, and how we "know what to do."

When my wife was pregnant, we got an ultrasound to see if the we were having a boy or a girl. According to the ultrasound tech, determining the gender of a child can involve some guesswork. However, the ultrasound tech was certain, no doubt at all, that we were having a boy.

When i saw the pictures though, i was confused.

And then, the ultrasound tech pointed to a tiny little fist quite obviously, and naturally, gripping his boy parts. Yup, my son "knew what do to". Even in the womb. :)

Yes I could sin... but I'm definitely not planning on masturbating anymore and I know I have the spiritual toolkit so I can do it.

It was revealed to me that I can be morally clean for the rest of time and eternity.
And masturbating is morally unclean? Care to explain?

The only way I can see masturbation adversely impacting one's life is if they've been convinced it's a huge No, No. And who would do a dumb thing like that?

UPDATE

Just noticed you're a Mormon, who I see believe that masturbation is a "gateway sin" and therefore is indeed a big No, No. .

"On many occasions spanning over a century, leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) have taught that adherents should not masturbate as part of obedience to the code of conduct known as the law of chastity. The LDS Church places great emphasis on the law of chastity. Commitment to live the law of chastity is required for baptism, and adherence is required to receive a temple recommend, and is part of the temple endowment ceremony covenants devout participants promise by oath to keep. While serving as church president, Spencer W. Kimball taught that the law of chastity includes "masturbation ... and every hidden and secret sin and all unholy and impure thoughts and practices." Before serving full-time missions, young adults are required to abandon the practice as it is believed to be a gateway sin that dulls sensitivity to the guidance of the Holy Ghost

Nice, I guess, but hardly persuasive. (An accompanying graphic to the Wikipedia article.)

Active_LDS_Student_Masturbation_Stats.png

A study of thousands of university students by BYU sociology professor Wilford E. Smith spanning 1950-1972 found
these statistics for male (blue) and female (pink) Mormon subjects who reported consistent LDS church attendance.

So much for chastity and the church having much of an influence on its youth's sexual life.

Funny because I do not partake in Yank n' Pull. Call it religious or old fashioned but I find it repulsive and mentally damaging from a personal standpoint.

You are diverting attention from my point which is that some people are hooked on porn and/or masturbation and they do not have control over their actions. They can't stop. You may say so what. But if the act is becoming more and more frequent and taking more and more time, and starts to interfere with healthy human relationships, a man or woman might want to stop. The video offered ways to do that. I'm not interested in your analysis of what my church teaches on the subject. I didn't mention that nor did I mention moral implications or sin. You should be able to realize as an adult that masturbation and porn can be addictive. Are you offended by a person who feels he does it too much and wants to quit? No matter what psycholigical or emotional reasons he gives as to why it's a negaitve in his life, are you going to insist that he should keep going, even do it more, as he's falsely convinced that it's harming him?
