Countries banning of kosher meats are forcing "expulsion" of Jews

Just wait til MGM (circumcision of infants) gets banned.
Then they'll really be screaming "Anti-semitism!".

Everyone has to make the decision if their country's laws
are so unacceptable that they must move. Jews, Muslims,
Christians, & even we atheists. I faced it too during the draft.

I don't think that it can be banned. What they are likely to do is to ban it for infants. Any adult male that wants a piece of his schmeckle chopped off is free to do so.

I can show you a video of the calming that goes on before hand, but no one with a conscience really wants to show innocents the death of an animal.

We are not talking about "innocents" here. Your claim is that it is just as humane. I have seen videos of halal butcher and even some kosher butcher that tells me that is not the case. You would think that to defend their practice some would make clear videos of kosher butchery since videos to the contrary exist.

That is of course what I meant.
The circumcision debate doesn't concern consenting adults.

It does seem a bit problematic. Though not as extensive as FGM, I have heard that there is a loss of sensation. I was born at a time when almost all males were circumcised in the U.S. so I did not have any choice in the matter. I don't think my father had one either. At that time it was simply something that was done. Now we are beginning to question this. Does a parent have the right to decide that for a child?

FGM can be even less extreme than male circumcision.
But in my experience discussing this, the anti-FGM advocates won't
acknowledge the lesser "female circumcision" forms. They take the
view that any genital alteration is a heinous crime, while still defending
MGM as a cultural, health, & religious necessity.,

I say no.
Cosmetic surgery should be a decision made by the person affected.

I have seen a mixture. Some will deny any such surgery regardless of sex, but yes there are crazy feminists that only care for women. That does not mean that all feminists have that position.

And I agree on cosmetic surgery. Also the last time I checked foreskins are no longer legal currency. It has been quite a while since one could be a wife with them.

I didn't mention feminists because they vary, & also
because religious types are a major force for MGM.
And making it about fervent groups can rapidly become
distracting & digressing.

That begs all sorts of questions, most of which would not have satisfying answers. Claiming "factually better" ways requires being able to judge the method on a particular scale. But if that isn't the scale to start with then, it will be much more difficult to assert that anything is better.
Then start with the easy one. Explain the difference between kosher meat and non-kosher meat.

Sure! Kosher meat is meat from an animal which has the physical qualities demanded of it (pre and post mortem) by Jewish law, which has been slaughtered and prepared in accordance with Jewish law. That was easy.

It says that Ishmael will have problems, but not Ishmaelites, to the best of my knowledge. We can go into this in greater depth if you would like. It's possible that other Jews will disagree.

It is exegesis and commentary which creates the view not the text itself. There is also a problem with translations to English which change the meaning. Gen 11-12 for example "and he shall dwell over against his kinsmen." This can be seen as a negative due to over but is about freedom not conflict.

So if taken out of the packaging, with both cuts undergoing the same treatment you can tell kosher meat from non-kosher? That is amazing!

I don't recall saying I could tell. Can you show me where I said so? Are two things the same when I can't tell the difference?

Weird assumption, but whatever.

What else is weird is how people complain about religions forcing their beliefs onto the general populace, while at the same time, the progressive left passes laws forcing their morality.

Seriously... Passing laws on how we are to kill our meat?
