Feel free to make a thread about it in the Atheist DIR, or Religious Debates area if you wish to debate it with religious people. In order to gain access to the Atheist DIR, as you say you are an atheist, you need to check that option on your profile.

Personally, I would favor using one of the debates area. As of late I have felt the DIRs to be far too constraining for confort.

In any case, while I have not watched either video, I largely agree with Patheos' Jonathan Pearce: the controversy should be acknowledged, but it is not necessarily worth losing much sleep about.
