Me too.

I am, however, curious as to why you believe it is 'fundamentally wrong'?

Explain why, and I will try to counter your points.

Because Jesus said to baptize nations in the name of "the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"...

...This is where, in Matthew 28: 18-19, the understanding of a "Holy Trinity" came to exist.

The three were conjoined by the Word of God in scripture, therefore it is safe and acceptable to consider the three as very closely related... it is scriptural.

Why do you suppose God wanted the world to know that it is proper to baptize in the name of those three? Surely there must be good reason for being informed on this important information.

Also, let's consider the Divine nature of being responsible for judging all souls, which Jesus will do. No mere "prophet" could be responsible for such a Divine task.

Ummmm, something akin the the Freudian philosophy of the three distinct parts of an individual's personality, like "me", "myself" and "I".....or such as the "EGO", the "SUPER EGO", and the "ID".

Triplet metaphors such as this "trinity" are found THROUGHOUT the bible...all one has to do is go to Bible.com and type in the word "three" in their search engine.

I feel it is an unnecessary embellishment by overzealous scribes to have come up with there being THREE separate, distinct, yet all an integral PART of the one, called GOD.

What's even MORE interesting is that the Christian BIBLE was initially Judaic and the Holy Book of Judaism, yet NOWHERE does the subject of any "Trinity" come up, UNTIL Jesus showed up and THEN it was decided by some sheep-herder, that there must be THREE parts to this ONE GOD.

It is not known if this sheep-herder came up with this idea just to be funny and was simply poking fun at those early "followers of the Way", or he was really serious about it.

Whatever the reason, the rest of us have been arguing and debating this notion ever since.....and getting NOWHERE with it, either.

God is sovereign and in control <><
The Bible indicates that God is one and yet three in one ... if someone doesn't understand this, that's okay, we're talking God here
the mind of man can only go so far ... this is why we believe and have faith in what God has revealed through his word
Trinity is clearly indicated in the scripture and the fact that Jesus is indeed God in the flesh

I am a Muslim

Ok. I was just curious because of your screen name. Why satanism4life?
So I know where you're probably coming from now. As a Muslim, you view the concept of the Trinity or even as Jesus being the Son of God as false because God needs no partners nor does he impregnate a human woman for offspring. Am I correct in that assumption?

I disagree with it and believe it is fundamentally wrong.
Ohhh!.I believe you..

However may that fundamentally be wrong for? For which truth are you referring to is right? And for trinity to be wrong?
IMO..
There is no such thing being as right! For it is ONLY now a MATTER of being wrong(ed).

The bible itself indicates no such thing. It was whomever WROTE that, is the one who is "indicating" it. Maybe a seemingly unimportant tidbit, but the implications are far reaching.

... if someone doesn't understand this, that's okay, we're talking God here

A God which time and time again is said to be BEYOND human comprehension. To even SUGGEST that some human being, 'messenger' or otherwise, is even REMOTELY capable of communicating with such a God, is in essence, calling everyone else who declares otherwise, a liar.

the mind of man can only go so far

Unfortunately we seem to have an abundance of people who feel that they themselves have some sort of 'pipeline' directly TO this ineffable God.....and some, in their attempt to get around that, declare that it is the Holy Spirit that is "talking" to them, as if in doing so, that amounts to a 'get out of jail card', when it comes to veracity.

... this is why we believe and have faith in what God has revealed through his word

Ahhhh yes...the OTHER get out of jail card.....the FAITH card. When all else fails and sufficient supporting evidence is not to be found.....out comes the FAITH card as the ultimate Trump Card.

Trinity is clearly indicated in the scripture and the fact that Jesus is indeed God in the flesh

I understand perfectly....this is what you believe and NOTHING I or anyone else can say, will change that. The classic Three (there's that magical 3 again) Monkeys, instantly comes to mind.
Nice chatting with you...
