Aron Ra banned from the Ark Park:

Mother and I had a harsh argument on the phone this morning, ...she said I am the product of a pagan, atheistic public education system that teaches evolution and dismisses the Bible...

I replied: "Mother...move to the US and become a Protestant....try Tennessee...it's full of people who believe in the biblical fairy-tales."

ha....and she concluded saying: you surely descend from an ape. I do not.

wow....

I'm Banned from the Ark Park

It was a ban without cause since to date he has not done anything to earn a ban from the park, at least not when at the park. Supposedly the park was having an event where they would answer atheists questions. It looks like they were afraid of the questions that Aron would ask.
Hard facts do seem to have that effect with the Ken Ham crowd. It's like Kryptonite for Christians.

Perhaps they were just jealous of his thick luxurious beautiful hair.

To be fair (don't ask me why), the Ark Park didn't say it would be answering questions from atheists in the audience, but evidently questions atheists have asked at other times from who knows where (I wouldn't doubt they will also be answering atheist straw men as well). So I can see them protecting their credibility from people like Aron Ra who said he was going there to confront them.

If you read the blog and checked the links he dropped his plans to attend when Aron was that it was going to be that sort of meeting. Banning Ra made his case for him.

They're failing financially and they have their business based on beliefs that they can't defend with honesty. Of course they couldn't handle someone like him on their ship that would sink the moment it was put to sea.

I mostly agree with what Aron says, but imo, he does need a good shave and haircut. His grizzly appearance might scare away clean shaven Bible thumpers....:D ...An extreme makeover would disguise Aron Ra and enable him incognito to visit the Ark Encounter.

But, but, but....

Jesus had long hair. ;-)

He may have had long hair, but it likely would not have been anywhere near as long as Aron Ra's hair length.

I am told size doesn't matter.

Interestingly, in that period only the hated romans kept their hair short.

It's clear it will be a carefully scripted and canned Q&A session that is designed to favor creationists. I doubt Bill Nye would even be invited to attend. Ever again.

Aron Ra would clearly wipe the floor with them. I learned more from him about evolution from YouTube then I ever did in school.

Not that I would go this park, but I am curious.

Do they actually ask people at the gate, “Are you a Christian or an atheist?”
I don't believe so; however, they do require the following of their workers.

"Answers in Genesis, says employees will be required to sign a statement saying they’re Christian and “profess Christ as their savior.”
