Aside from its illegality, if a dying 14-year-old boy wanted to have sex with a woman would it be immoral to help grant his wish?

No. I don’t think it would be immoral. It’s part of the life experience. He’s dying. Why not let him partake of all life has to offer before he’s gone???

To help in in a locality where it was illegal, yes. Dying has nothing to do with it, since everybody dies with unfinished business. Outside that locality it would depend on if he did it in a moral way and through moral means. Maybe it would be nice for him, but it wouldn't keep him alive.

Make a wish foundation can't help him fulfill his sexual urges, but they could help arrange a trip for him to Bangkok where for the right price there could find somebody to fulfill his sexual desires.

Don't know if you suggested Bangkok because it would be legal, but if it's simply a matter of finding a willing female just about any country in the world would do.

I'm wondering if it could be approached from a health perspective where a willing sex therapist might be able to help the lad out legally.

Okay, but as a human being, caring for your fellow humans, what would you think? Forget the legalisms and the religious moralisms, and just answer as a real human being.

While you are thinking about that, you might also consider how much effort is being charitably spent by people trying to grant the last wishes of children dying for all sorts of reason...you know, going to Disneyland, getting on the ice in a pro game, throwing a first pitch in the opening game of the season...what's the real difference when it comes to a wish about another (much more natural) human activity … at about the age that our evolution says we should be getting at it?

I say, just to be clear. if there is a girl or woman willing to give the boy his wish, bravo!

Rather than stirring up my concern his request is annoying to me, yet I am a human being. Its just so illegal and so likely to get me into jail. I mean...yeah I do sympathize with his pain; but this request does not override my fear of breaching the system.

I am sure that I could say to his face 'No, sorry its illegal and a huge pain to ship you out of the country. If you really want to go through with this though I can get you into touch with Evangelicalhumanist who may be a better resource.' I would be willing to get him into touch with you, but really I wouldn't be all that concerned about his request. Its not hugely important in my opinion for him to have sex before he dies, certainly not worth risking my own neck.

Why would it have to be an adult female? Kids that age have sex with other kids that age. Maybe he could send it as a dying wish to some girl he has a crush on. God knows, other boys that age try to find reasons to get girls to have sex with them. At least as far as some teen trying to get pity sex, dying seems a better reason that a lot of the other excuses kids come up with, which many carry into their adulthood. "I'm so lonely. Please go to bed with me." :) And then... I've been so lonely.
