One of my older pals was on Adkins.. He ate steak, Caesar salad and bacon for 2 months and lost 22 inches in his waistline.

I have always been such a beanpole that I don't diet, but I thought that was pretty dramatic for a guy over 50.

No dear, you just mash up one anchovy with lemon juice and an egg whisk in a little good olive oil and vinegar. It makes a very nice dressing for a robust salad.
