Daniel 9:21, The Man Gabriel

In searching out in many bible translations, to find out exactly what other bible translations would have for
Daniel 9:21. For the man Gabriel

So I search out in many other Translations, just to see if any changes were done on the book of Daniel 9:21.
For the angel Gabriel to be called a man.

But as it turned out, all have the same thing. No changes about the Angel Gabriel as being called a man.

So I post a number of other Translations
For all to compare for themselves.

Jewish Tanaka Daniel 9:21
21While I was still speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I saw in the vision at first, approached me in swift flight about the time of the evening offering"

Bible KJV Daniel 9:21
21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening offering"

Bible NIV Daniel 9:21
"while I was still in prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the earlier vision, came to me in swift flight about the time of the evening sacrifice"

Bible ASV
Daniel 9:21 (ASV) yea, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation"

Bible BBE
Daniel 9:21 (BBE) Even while I was still in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at first when my weariness was great, put his hand on me about the time of the evening offering"

Bible CEB
Daniel 9:21 (CEB) while I was still speaking this prayer, the man Gabriel approached me at the time of the evening offering. This was the same Gabriel I had seen in my earlier vision. He was weary with exhaustion"

So as you can see and read no changes were done, that all read the same. The Angel Gabriel a man.

In the Strong's concordance of the Hebrew language
( 1403) Translation has it,
Gabriel the man of God

As I don't understand how many people can't accept it, The Angel Gabriel as being a Man.

What we have is the Celestial man which is the man of the heavenly. Angel Gabriel

And the Terrestrial man which is the man of the Earth. Human of flesh and blood.

As for myself which I prefer is the King James 1611 bible and the Jewish Tanaka and Tora and the Companion bible which has the Greek and Hebrew Translations into English language and the Strong's concordance of Greek and Hebrew languages into English.

What is relevant to YOU is that you understand that a messenger
appeared. As the message is recorded it's probably important for
you to know it. The nature of the person delivering it is what got the
Jews so preoccupied with Jesus, and missed entirely what he was
to say to them.

Gabriel had appeared to Daniel as a man, as he had in Daniel 8:15-17

Yes and Gabriel appeared unto Mary as well in the book of Luke 1:26-28.
And in the book of Joshua 5:13-14.

So we have many instances where Gabriel appeared unto many people, who also called Gabriel a man

You know this goes back to the book of Genesis 1:26, Where God said ( Let's us make man in our image, after our likeness)

So it is that the angels also have the the image and likeness of man.

Ok, So what we have is the angels Celestial of the heavenly.
And the Terrestrial man of the earth flesh and blood.

And that messenger just happened to be Gabriel the Man of God.

If you take the name ( Gabriel) look it up in the Strong's concordance you will find the name ( Gabriel) means , Man of God.

Unto which also in the Companion bible, which has the Greek and Hebrew Languages translations into English language.
Side by side. To compare Greek, Hebrew, English.

It tells you Gabriel appeared in a vision.

The Book of Daniel was written only a couple hundred years before the birth of Jesus and it was written in Aramaic during the time of the Maccabean revolt. .. actually around 165 BC more than 400 years AFTER the Babylonian exile. Daniel was NOT a first hand witness to the reign of King Nebuchadnezzor.

I think what we have is every child of God has an angel in heaven facing God. (Matthew 18:10)

Matthew 18:10. See that you do not despise one of these little ones; for I tell you that in heaven their angels always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.

You should read Matthew 18 in context.

"Little ones" - actually "little ones who believe in Me" - refers to those who have become has little children themselves and have humbled themselves in their faith (Matthew 18:3-4).

He in Matthew 18:3-6 was referring to those who are like little children, and enter the kingdom of heaven, which is at hand, and in the here and now, and that teachers, such as apparently yourself, and Peter, are "stumbling blocks to me" (Matthew 16:17), especially should they endorse the false prophet Paul, who is a man of lawlessness, for whom " I will declare to them, 'I never knew you, depart from me, you who practice lawlessness" (Matthew 7:23). For those, it would be better if they had never been born. As for Peter, he had to be born to fulfill the role of the "worthless shepherd" of Zechariah 11:16-17) to be a "stumbling block to me" (Matthew 16:23). As for those causing the children to stumble, well I guess they had to fulfill the role of the tares (Matthew 13:30) who have a date with the "angel" "reapers".

Well you proved yourself in fulling Prophecy, that was given a little over 2000 years ago.
And that's not good thing either,
But a very bad thing

Actually, you have misquoted Matthew 18:3-4

New Living Translation Matthew 18:3
Then he said, "I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.

You should read the context and copy and paste instead of paraphrase. Those little children have the inevitable stumbling blocks put before them, and it is woe to those in whom those stumbling blocks come. (Matthew 18:7), and the main "stumbling block to me" is Peter (Matthew 16:23), who is referred to as "Satan". Apparently Satan had asked to sift Peter as wheat.

Paraphrasing was necessary since he couldn't understand the verse or its context.

Matthew 13 is a parable about the "kingdom of heaven" as in the "parable of the sower" (Matthew 13:8). Over 2000 years ago would be around the year 18, about 10 years before Yeshua began preaching: Repent: the kingdom of heaven is at hand. As for being a "bad thing", well I guess the tares, the lawless (Matthew 13:41) would certainly think so. But the parable is stated to come at the "end of the age" (Matthew 13:39-40), which we are just now in as of the 1948 birth of Israel (Daniel 12:7-13).

It was apparently you who miss paraphrased the context, to apparently make it fit your skewed view of what it actually said. Changing the content, to present a skewed view, is never helpful.

Why are you way up before
Matthew 18:10.
Do you have a problem in counting from
1 to 10
Now instead of going to the previous verses try staying with verse 10.

Now can you explain what Jesus ment what he said in verse 10

It seems your having a problem in staying on topic what the Thread is about.

So what does any of what your saying have to do with what the topic is about

Does someone have Attention Deficient Syndrome? It has to do with all the children of God having an angel (Matthew 18:10). The tie in is, was Gabriel an angel or a man? According to Daniel, he was a man. According to Luke he is an angel. According to Matthew 18:10, children of God each have an angel before God. That being said, Gabriel would be linked to a son of man, or in the case of chief prince Michael, apparently linked to a kingdom (Daniel 10:13), such as Israel, such as "My Servant, Israel", "the despised one" (Isaiah 49:7).
