It's a warning that God is about to make a change... When the locusts swarmed Egypt in March of 2013, it was just prior to the 2013 Egyptian coup d'état, where the Egyptian military overthrew Islamist Morsi, and redrafted the constitution.

I wish religious demagogues like the authors on that clearly prejudiced website realized that nature and the laws of physics simply don't care about ideology or religion. Natural disasters and undesirable circumstances are bound to hit pretty much every country on the planet at one point or another. It's up to us to thump a religious scripture in response or simply study the natural causes and effects of these phenomena.
