"End of the World

God did not make this world the way it is.
He made a great world for us and gave humans a choice.
Sin made it like it is, and sin will be its demise.

The End of this world is going to take place in one of three distinct years between the years 2450 AD and 2700 AD.
The exact year of the three will only be clarified by comparing Bible prophecy to world events as they progress.
But at this time, the three distinct years are known and proven by Chapter and Verse of Bible prophecy.
For the full proof, read this webpage as an introduction; then read all the information at the link below.
Note: It is about a small book's worth in total. If you take the time to read fully, you will be rewarded.
If you find this hard to believe or are unsure about proceeding, simply bookmark this page for now.

So, what do you think is Jesus' reason for letting mankind continue to suffer until decides to save us all---at least those deserving of being saved? To me, it all seems a bit sadistic.

Prophecy dictates that first WW3 is starting around Israel currently, where then God has to step in as we've destroyed the planet.

Yet Christ isn't waiting to save us, that is already done, people just have to listen to the instructions already presented.

In my opinion. :innocent:

That's what people get when things aren't true. A silly and nonsensical expectation for something that will never happen or come to pass.

That said people do need a hobby.

Considering I'm the person sent before the Tribulation; sadly that hasn't got evidence... Yet I get people might believe that, if they're not paying attention.

So what is the End Days all about if it isn't about being saved?

"The rapture is an eschatological term used by certain Christians, particularly within branches of American evangelicalism, referring to a purported end time event when all Christian believers – living and dead – will rise into the sky and join Christ"

Not sure I understand what you are saying. The Jews say it is around year 5778. So, what calendar are you using? Using the calendar I am used to, you are saying that we have at least 432 years left. Lots of people seem to think it is all about our not having gotten ready to receive the coming of the Messiah. What if it is not about us?

Not to put too fine a point on it, but just doing very casual research, we find that Jesus speaks about a war in the Heavens. Hmmm And there is just loads of ancient history that depicts individuals fighting in the air. Predating Judaism, there is Ahura Mazda who people of that day saw as the supreme God. Later, we have the "I am that I am God", who remains nameless. Though the Muslims attempt to deify him by saying he has 99 names. In Christianity, I think he remains nameless. And Jesus the Christ remains a more correct name for the Messiah, with Jesus being his name and Christ simply meaning savior or perhaps Messiah. Most of the problem with naming him is that there are hundreds of different cultures who have named him something different. Of course the very ignorant Americans ... what do they know?

You oppose the fallen angel when he is your own. You violent in your ways even when Heaven is about, which is sadistic at least. Your the one who waits. Your own bigotry prevents your re-transformation.

So what is the End Days all about if it isn't about being saved?
We're about to have global catastrophe, as relayed in Revelation 8, Revelation 9, and Revelation 16...

It isn't really the 'End Days' for some, just an end of this current beta reality, and then a new one...

It is more about getting rid of the riffraff who don't pay attention, than saving people.

The guest list is all those who've listened to the teachings of Yeshua, and have chose to be saints in this current demonic age.

So suppose it could be put 'saving the good ones, who are worth keeping'...

Yet considering this was already known from the foundation of reality (Revelation 13:8), it isn't like anyone has to do anything to save them, as they've already chosen to be righteous as their default.

In my opinion. :innocent:

Yeshua was his name, which means Salvation in Hebrew (H3444).

Christ means anointed one, as does the Hebrew word Messiah.
Most of the problem with naming him is that there are hundreds of different cultures who have named him something different.
The many names is not a problem, as they're unified if we know what we're looking for...

The problem is people are bigoted, and racist; so they ignore other cultures, and deny that God is One in the process.

In my opinion.

Really! Well, Christians preach that there will be an end time with a lot of destruction and suffering going on when the living and dead will rise into the sky and join with Jesus.

He's waiting for you. ;)
And he has to bring about the end of the world for this? Cmonnnnn. I know I'm not that important. Perhaps a little kerfuffle in the Bronx, but the end of the world? No way.

And your source of information for all these details is, what?
First hand knowledge, and then the Bible, Zoroastrian, Hindu, Taoist, Buddhist texts etc... Yet much of that summary was specifying parts within Revelation, which is why we gave the chapters.

Where do you find websites like these? Do you search around until you find strange looking "Christian" sites" like this one? Just another gospel trying to cause people to believe Jesus as the Savior is not sufficient because being saved is also dependent upon one's work in commandment keeping. I can't imagine how they came up with the years 2450 AD and 2700.

Anyway, Jesus is waiting...They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Luke 21:24

Then the age of grace, the church age will be over. Right now Jesus is calling anyone out of darkness into eternal life who will trust Him for salvation. When the last person who will respond during this age of grace, responds, and the church is removed He will again deal directly with and through Israel to save Israel...

I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written:

“The deliverer will come from Zion;
he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.

Romans 11:25-26

In the meantime millions upon millions of people live and die surrounded with suffering. How nice. How loving. And just so some ridiculous event concerning a small city of 874,000 can take place.

Does this really make sense to you? Or doesn't it matter?

Of course it makes sense because God understands that this life is not all there is, it is temporal. He is concerned about saving people from the suffering and destructiveness of sin and providing an eternity free of suffering to anyone who desires such freedom.

Paul understood this, as well as suffering. Jesus Himself understood and although He is the Creator He did not consider Himself above His creation, but instead came to earth, lived in human flesh...and suffered.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. Romans 8:18-19

I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again. 24 Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one. 25 Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was pelted with stones, three times I was shipwrecked, I spent a night and a day in the open sea, 26 I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my fellow Jews, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false believers. 27 I have labored and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked. 28 Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches. 29 Who is weak, and I do not feel weak? Who is led into sin, and I do not inwardly burn? 2 Cor. 11:23-29

BTW, when the Bible says all Israel it means more than just the city of Jerusalem.

Ultimately, there will be millions and millions in eternity...

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. Rev. 7:9

So why is he dragging people through years of earthly suffering before perhaps saving them from the the suffering and destructiveness of sin, which, I assume, is in heaven?

Being omniscient he certainly knows who's going to end up where, so why not simply take newborns and take them into heaven or send to hell as the eventual case may be?

So what? So what that the present suffering is not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.? That certainly doesn't negate or even reduce earthly suffering.

Well, too bad, but again, so what?

I would certainly hope so, Jerusalem being one of many cities within Israel.

God does not simply take newborns to heaven or hell because the human family is connected and those newborns grow up and have children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc. of which many hundreds or thousands may end up being among the millions and millions rejoicing in for eternity. Newborns can't be removed without preventing their descendants from having the opportunity for eternal life.
So what? So what that the present suffering is not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.? That certainly doesn't negate or even reduce earthly suffering.

No, it does not negate suffering, but in light of eternity the suffering of this life will seem minuscule and worth it, especially when one can look back and see the bigger picture. I saw a movie last night. It was not a Christian movie. One of the main character's was this girl who was pregnant, unwed, and feeling very alone. As she was leaving a convenience store one day she saw a guy she used to know and they talked briefly. He had a bottle in a paper bag and didn't seem to want to stay or talk much. As he started walking away and she turned to leave some guy came racing up on a skateboard and plowed into her, knocking her to the ground causing injury. Her old friend ran over, carried her to her car and drove her to the hospital, although he was not legally supposed to drive. She and her unborn child survived and she was always grateful to her friend for saving them. It wasn't until a few years later (on his wedding day) that he told her that at the moment of her accident he was on his way to end his own life with alcohol and pills, but instead because she was hurt he rescued her. So, though she saw the situation as him saving her and her child, he saw that her trouble and suffering was actually something that saved his life.
One never knows how the suffering they go through may impact or help others. We can't see the whole picture.

I would certainly hope so, Jerusalem being one of many cities within Israel.

.
Yeah, well you said...."concerning a small city of 874,000", so thought you didn't get what all Israel meant.
