The word of the Lord came by the hand of Haggai. Seems an unusual emphasis
Haggai - A word of the Lord by 'the hand' of Haggai
Haggai - A word of the Lord by 'the hand' of Haggai

It's just a way of saying that he was the medium through which they received the prophecy. Same thing as in Malachi 1:1. The prophecy is going through the prophet to someone.

"...the word of G-d in the hand of (ie. through) Haggai the prophet to Zerubbabel..."
"...the word of G-d to Israel in the hand of (ie through) Malachi"
Well then you're not good at 'noticing' because I quoted to you a verse from Malachi where it's used as well, in my previous response...Perhaps, but I do notice that the phrase 'by the hand of View attachment 21265' occurs three times and only in Haggai
