Fallen Angels

Compare `heaven` to the Cosmos, from whence the `spirit` comes.
Compare the `hell` in which we live, to be the test we face.
Did we come from the Cosmos, will we all go there eventually ?
Will we be all rising angels, to replenish the Cosmos ?
Maybe Moses was thinking of this, when he wrote Genesis.
Just thinking out loud.

Are we all fallen angels; if we descended from heaven and are to ascend to heaven?

Ecclesiastes 12:7
and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

John 3:13
No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.

That of Ecclesiastes 12:7 is in reference to the male and female being created from the dust of the ground. Genesis 2:7

personalities do not survive. when the people asked john; if he were elijah, he told them no. when the disciples told jesus that elijah must come first, jesus said he already had. john was elijah in a former life. in this life he wasn't . neither jesus nor john lied. jesus was melchizedek in another life, thus he is a high priest forever after the pattern of melchizedek.

so no, the personality does not survive. the soul is a personality. the memories, the mind, spirit is eternal the persons aren't. forms aren't eternal. minds, or spirit, are.

Hm... is the yoke on me or is it on you?

There is quite a bit of debate on soul and spirit. The soul is part of us that is not body. Thus, it includes the personality, mind, consciousness, conscience, memories, emotions, psychological pain and suffering and other stuff atheists believe do not exist.

hey James,
You've got a weird kind of look at what atheists believe or not believe in.
I wonder what you're smoking these days.
You've no way to compare what you said there to anything familiar to reality. Tack a nap and get back to us !

the yoke represents love, or friendship. it's the action of the cross, or the cross actualized. from the abrahamic point of view we first see it as a symbol of servitude, slavery, suffering in Genesis 27:40

i don't have a problem with the word soul; if its like soul vs the oversoul, atman vs paramatman, et al.

if you believe in the post-existence of a soul, then is their the pre-existent soul, if there is then it isn't a person. a person is temporal and obviously the soul isn't.

some atheist don't believe in an eternal consciousness. most atheist don't agree with an eternal nothingness.

Why did God turn Satan and the fallen angels loose upon the earth ?

There's only one reason why. What would you do to find out who's faithful to you and who is not faithful to you.

Those who follow Satan, are not faithful to Christ Jesus, and those who follow Christ Jesus are not following Satan.

If you are going into a battle, you would want people who are faithful to you, to follow you.
So what you got, is two groups of people.
One faithful to Christ Jesus.
And one faithful to Satan.

So what you have is, in the book of Revelation 20:9, those who are following Satan, They went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints Christ Jesus followers.
So here you find the two groups.

Satan's group on the breadth of the earth.
Christ Jesus group the saints.

Satan the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire, Revelation 20:10

Those who was not found written in the book of Life, was cast into the lake of fire with Satan and the fallen angels.
Revelation 20:15

so satan is sent to prove who is worthy and who is not?

what then is this?

Zechariah 13:9
This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”

Malachi 3:3
He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then the Lord will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness,

Revelation 3:18
I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.

Those books and Chapters and Verses that you gave, are for people to refine them, to see who they will follow.
Whether follow Christ into his kingdom or follow Satan.

If you read those books and Chapters and Verses again, you find those people are being refined like silver and gold in a fire. Fit for his kingdom.

Look its like the Military, you go through what is called boot camp. To refine them through training, to see who is fit for the Military and who is not fit for the Military

This is what the tribulation is about, to see if people are listening to Christ Jesus or going to listen to Satan.

We have God's word, to read and listen to. If people chose not to, then they are sitting themselves up to be deceived by the deceptions of Satan's.
It's no fault of God's, if people Criticize his word and refuse to read, listen to God.
People will be held responsible for their own decisions of what they do.

I think we agree on how it works and what some atheists believe, but what is the eternal nothingness? Is that death? That's all folks!!!
Death is the end of life and there is only one life. This is all that there is and all that there will be. The one who dies with the most toys win. There is no you only live twice.

That said, science has entered the picture trying to explain nothingness now. They have started to believe in invisible particles based in terms of trying to explain the behavior of invisible particles in quantum mechanics. Before, they refused to examine invisible particles because there was no objective data for them. Today, they've accept the invisible particles of quantum mechanics and the limited data they can collect and try to explain phenomena with things they do not see and make declarations such as the universe came from nothing. The actual evidence is fleeting and temporal. Yet, they use it to explain origins of the universe and other universes and how spacetime could be connected. In this regard, science can be considered a religion as faith is required to believe these postulations. The same with how science will treat consciousness since they've started to study it. Will they accept the existence of a soul? Maybe if it's limited to only one life.

You probably mean most atheists don't believe in an eternal soul. Some may believe in a temporal one, but others may not believe that at all. The same with consciousness, but it's only there as long as you live. All of it can be explained by its relationship to the physical body or brain. For example, out of body experiences can be explained by the stimulation of the brains' cortices and hippocampus. They assume that once the brain dies, then this won't work anymore.

Seeing that you have no idea or clue,
Christ Jesus speaking to the church of
Ephesus in Revelation 2:1-5, calling them to Remember where they started fallen, away from their first love for him.

Which has nothing to do with the fallen angels of Satan's.

Man people sure do like to take Verses out of their context. And try to imply them in some other way.

There is no where in Revelation 2:1-5, that makes any reference to the fallen angels of Satan's.

All your doing is taking one word (fallen) and trying to imply it to the fallen angels of Satan's. When there's nothing there said about the fallen angels of Satan's.

the first commandment doesn't pertain to jesus. it pertains to God and self. I am in the Father and the Father is in me.

I and the Father are one. Jesus is the elder brother not God the Father. We are Jesus brother, sisters when we do the will of God. Not Jesus' will but God's

Seeing that Jesus is God in the flesh and blood.
That makes Jesus God.
