Do you know God?

The bible teaches--Jesus is the King of kings. Appointed to that position by God (the ancient of days) Daniel 7:13-15-- The ONE sent forth by God. The name God made above all other names. This is what the whole bible teaches.
No, those verses refer to Baha’u’llah, one “like” the Son of man.

Daniel 7:13-15 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.

These are also about Baha’u’llah.

Isaiah 9:6-7 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

That is what the whole Bible prophesied.

Do I know God? He's omnipresent, so yeah, we hang out all the time. It's like He's always there. :)

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
The narrow gate may be a trick to sucker idiots, though, particularly those who inappropriately think they are different from others. :)

The central characteristic of Moses is that he's a humble man.
In what sense?

Jesus proceeds explaining that a bad tree cannot produce good fruit, so you can tell the good prophet from that bad and not by his words or by his silver tongue or behavior on stage but by his deeds, his humility (aka seeing others as better than himself and pursuant to that not living better off than others).
So Jesus' fruit, based on his teachings, are not rotten but just kind of meh?

Jesus taught in a prayer to his Father in heaven at John 17:1-6,26--He said at verse 3 the one who sent him= Father( John 5:30) is THE ONLY TRUE GOD( and one MUST know him and know Jesus to get eternal life)---verse 6= YHWH(Jehovah) 26 = YHWH(Jehovah)
El was also worshiped. In more ancient tales, He'd be Yahweh's dad or father in law. Which One do I pick? Can I pick both? What about the Wives and Kids?

I see Jesus speaking of the God the Jews saw over what the Father is. Which is why they tried to kill him (stones) and eventually did.
*sigh* Romans killed Jesus.

He clearly stated that the Jews father was a "liar and murderer" and not the God he came from. Their actions just proved his words.
And naturally the people writing the stories would never lie about such a thing.

John 10:
All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
I thought OT prophets were supposed to lead us to Jesus? So, they were all liars? What does that make Jesus?

Especially all have been watching Revelation pass before their eyes for many years, yet few have a clue.
Weird stuff happens every year.

The Israelites were Gods chosen.
According to them, anyway.

Israel had the true living God.
But they still had God. What's the problem?

God inspired his written word.
You'd think God would be a better author.

Jesus corrects them that they are NOT the chosen nation. God was meant for all. The Jews were thieves.
That's not what he was complaining about. Imagine some homeless looking guy going into a Christian book store and assaulting people and chasing them out and destroying the book displays.

Ruth was a moabitess--They served false gods--She served the true God along with Israel.
Well, given that she would have been stoned to death if she didn't ....

I see a God who wanted to destroy the world , then a God who wanted to save the world.
And then He decides to just destroy it anyway, after it was supposedly "fixed".

I don't see the Father killing any man.
He kills more life forms in the bible than any other character.

Only one has Jesus the rest do not.
Which one? None of the denominations were around then.

At the end of revelation, Jesus leads Gods armies to the earth to kill all of the wicked and wickedness.
God's armies can be defeated with chariots of iron and we have missiles and tanks now. I'll be interested to see how that goes.

39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
Warring against kings? Attempted murder of one's kids? Marrying sisters? Lying about said marriage for tax breaks in other nations? Asking God to spare a horrible nephew who would see his own daughters get raped? Kicking out one of your sons because your wife is a horrible person?

42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
Jews: We love God. Why are you making this about YOU? What does being a child of God have to do with it? We ALL are. Your Dad will later tell your most arrogant of students that no one should call anything God made unclean, yet here you are. You say people who call others fools will burn in hell, yet you have done so. If you come from God, why are you such a hypocrite? *reads God's actions throughout the scriptures* Never mind.

He will NEVER be ahead of Gods son.
God's son is said to have to come back to fix what should've been a done deal the first time. Maybe before Jesus shows back up, God will tutor him better.

Read Rev 13-- it has been occurring for years.
Life ends for all living people, except maybe asexually reproducing things. I accept mortality.

Perspective. Pilate had Jesus killed at the Jews request and law. In the end, the false god kills man/men.

Not only can people lie, they can have their written words changed to perceive a lie. Only the Spirit of truth can reveal "all truth".

The fathers of the OT died. They couldn't even save themselves, nor did the god they listened to save them. They were in Hades at death waiting in the big sleep to be saved by Christ, who is the only savior. They arose and appeared to many after the resurrection of the dead when Jesus was crucified.

If you believe the Father will destroy the world, you are stuck in a vision (Revelations).

The Demiurge kills. The Father does not. The Father would not be perfect in love if he destroyed. It is through imperfection that death exists. The Demiurge thinks he is God, but falls short due to ignorance of love and perfection.

This is what the Spirit teaches.

Trinitarians do not know the Father( John 15:20-21)--they stop at Jesus and have failed.
John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me..

Trinitarians worship Jesus as the Father since they believe that Jesus is God incarnate. Is that why you said they do not know the Father? I am not sure what JWs believe but it is my understanding you do not believe Jesus is God. What then do you believe Jesus is?

Nothing my eye, Something for sure
The Christian God wants to send people that dont believe God exists into everlasting punishment. I know God this way.

God says we are not being honest in this non belief.

I know my non belief is pure honesty with the matter.

I know God does not exist.

And so what is supposed to happen now?
Nothing, IMO.

The presbyter that wrote Revelations was surely writing to the Jews (who had accepted Christ) and were being persecuted under Domitian. Especially since the 144,000 who would be saved (of Israel) was more in line with the Jewish populace of the first century over the many, many millions of Jews who have lived since then. The vision was more in line of Jewish beliefs (beasts, archangels, fire, etc.) than emerging Christianity that left such parables behind.

One reason I subscribe to the non Canon gnosis books is that the Spirit taught man in terms of understanding rather than fairy tale creatures to drive a point. Same with books like the Qu'ran and Book of Mormon, there is none of this "this is what the vision means" stuff, using animated or inanimate objects.

Isaiah speaks about the one God sent forth--the Messiah= Jesus only.

They should have believed Jesus then and ran from the darkness they are taught---Our Father who art in HEAVEN. He was NOT on earth.

We are way past rev 13( it is still occurring) I believe Rev 16 has begun. The very next step= Whenever they are saying--peace and security--sudden destruction will be upon them=Babylon the great is about to fall. That triggers the tribulation.

Perspective. Pilate had Jesus killed at the Jews request and law. In the end, the false god kills man/men.
But that's silly because Pilate didn't need Jewish input. He was considered so cruel that the cruel Roman Empire had to banish him. Jesus was causing problems, especially at the temple during times of "increased workload" for the Roman guards. He was executed by Romans for being a religious/political terrorist. That's it.

Not only can people lie, they can have their written words changed to perceive a lie. Only the Spirit of truth can reveal "all truth".
God told ME that He didn't say half the things in the bible and anything He declared would be acknowledged by all of nature. If God tells you the bible is not His Word, do you believe Him?

They couldn't even save themselves, nor did the god they listened to save them.
Jesus died and we're still waiting for him.

The Demiurge kills. The Father does not. The Father would not be perfect in love if he destroyed. It is through imperfection that death exists. The Demiurge thinks he is God, but falls short due to ignorance of love and perfection.
Technically, biology determines who lives and who dies. I disagree with making Satan into yet another God.

This is what the Spirit teaches.
I'd be more attracted to your "Spirit's" teachings if It could tell the truth about what happened when the Romans killed Jesus. As it continues to use biblical anti-Semitic whining, such a Spirit should be given a polite nod and then ignored.

The narrow gate may be a trick to sucker idiots, though, particularly those who inappropriately think they are different from others. :)
Its sometimes coupled with Jewish prophecy verses that mention the 'Remnant' to imply that being in a large church means you are in the wrong one. Cults use it, yes. What's your verb with that?

In what sense?
I mean of course that Moses was even more humble than I am now. Are you not impressed?

Deuteronomy directly says Moses was the meekest man. It also says "Humble yourselves" and in 100 ways times 100 times tells Jewish males to be humble, and 100 x 100 is probably a low estimate. Everything depends upon humility and the law is geared towards training men in it. The cutting of the fat from a sacrifice symbolizes the goal of humility, as does circumcision. Humility is #1, and the narrow gate is that. A proud person cannot pass, and a humble person can. That's all it can possible be about unless the book was written in some other country by a non-Jewish person. Its simply a plain allusion to humility. It doesn't even deserve a debate.

So Jesus' fruit, based on his teachings, are not rotten but just kind of meh?
Don't make me come over there.

Thanks for that information. No, certainly nothing is going to happen that looks like what the bulk of Christians are waiting for.
I agree with you. I think that the people who are warning us will be dead and that the warning will be forgotten before.......
