Card Game Company Blocks a Section of Trump's Wall

I almost put this in the joke section as this is a comedic company trolling Trump, but it's actually a thing they did, and actually did it as part of a political statement. So here we go:
https://www.cardsagainsthumanitysavesamerica.com/
The short version is that Cards Against Humanity preformed a holiday fundraiser whereby they used perfectly legal means (and retained a law firm to enforce) to acquire a section of land on the border where Trump's wall was eventually planned to be constructed. The land is owned in part by every person who purchased through the fundraiser and retain eminent domain. There will never be any construction, and the wall can't be built to block state side access to this land, effectively ensuring there will always be a gap in the wall.
A clever and funny '**** you' as Card Against Humanity does. This is also the same company that sent 55 gallons of lube to the armed Oregon militia dildos which occupied a government building until a violent stand off with police kicked them off a while back.

You'll be missing out on lots of fun. But, then again, you really have to be able to take a joke, take everything light heartedly, and have a finely honed sense of humor and taste for sarcastic, dark, bawdy, and nonsensical humor.

Futility at it's best.

As far as eminent domain goes. From Can the Government Seize My Property Without Paying Me? - FindLaw

"But sometimes the government can take away private real estate even without paying the homeowner. First, if the property was used in certain types of crimes, the government can seize it. The crime needs to be connected to the property in some fashion, such as the creation or distribution of illegal drugs. Second, most states can seize property if the property appears to be abandoned for a certain amount of time.

If even one person enters that property with enough drugs to be considered as distribution, the government can seize that land then build the wall. Do you realize how easy this will be to undo?

Where did drugs and illegal activities come into this discussion?

Because drugs do come across the border from Mexico to the U.S. This is fact. It would only take 1 person to be caught on the land in question, with enough drugs, for the government to use it as an excuse to seize the land and build the wall.

Eminent domain means they would have to take every person to court first, and the law firm can throw up lots of road blocks. You're overstating both this and what would happen if drugs are found. Same as if it happened at Disneyworld (also eminent domain), it doesn't behave like private residence.

Not if illegal activity is found present. Its a loophole they could possibly use. And very easy to stage imo. Like I say it's futile, I would not have even tried it.

All this will result in is.

1. A couple of people will be arrested for illegal activities on the property.

2. The company that owns Cards against humanity, their CEO or owner or whatevs will be found to have child porn or found to be embezzling or something else that will cause the company to go belly up.

3. The land will be seized, and the wall still get built, if it ever actually gets built. I have my doubts it will ever be built at all, but that's beside the point.

The wall will get built and the drug dealers and coyotes would tunnel under it, fly drones above it and so forth. And they would expand bringing stuff in through Canada or through other locations by bribing various people

As long as demand exists, supply will be available.
