One thing I don't get about DDR Ultramix 3. It has a song called Akumajō Dracula Medley, which for geeks/nerds translates to Castlevania Medley (Akumajō Dracula being the Japanese title of Castlevania). Both games are Konami, so there's no licensing issues, but for whatever reason this Castlevania Medley opens up with Wagner's Bridal Chorus.

For those who get into cultural appropriation, I've been hooked on a song that had to be appropriate something like three or four times before it could have been made. It's super-mega-ultra-cultural appropriation.

The bad aliens or some hapless tech person interrupted my RF (and other) internet musings today. Fortunately the good aliens or a decent tech person fixed the problem. But if nothing else, I don't think politics was involved this time.

I understand...but I really like tomatoes.
And they enhance the baconny goodness of bacon.

I too love tomatoes. And here we are blessed with such a wide variety. Growers (and market stall holders) delight in outdoing their rivals in the range they produce.

On their own, a tomato sandwich, in salads, pastas, fried, grilled, all wonderful but nothing should dilute the bacony flavour of a bacon sarnie.

One cannot go thru life eating only bacon.
There are other great foods which give us needed variety: nutritional balance & enhancing bacon.....
Anchovy & feta cheese pizza
Chocolate & black cherry ice cream
Mrs Revolt's steamed pork & anchovy meat loaf

I find that few restaurants can make a decent BLT.
You need a Zingerman's sammich......

Nice pic, i wish i could eat bacon period. The French equivalent (lardons); just doesn't cut it.

Goats cheese and warm fig salad.
Braden rost smoked salmon
Beef stew (beef has to be rib eye steak marinated in red wine for 24 hours before cooking slowly (best overnight) you can add vegetable's if you like.
Chocolate fondant

I've just found a coffee gourmand ice cream you would not believe. 5 types of coffee from latte to super strong espresso and its peppered with whole coffee beans

Yes i vary my diet.

But you still can't resist.
And many of the humans you eat are made of bacon too.

I could not, would not, on a boat.
I will not, will not, with a goat.
I will not eat it in the rain.
I will not eat it on a train.
Not in the dark! Not in a tree!
Not in a car! You let me be!
I do not like it in a box.
I do not like it with a fox.
I will not eat it in a house.
I do not like it with a mouse.
I do not like it here or there.
I do not like it anywhere!

You'd eat bacon in a flash
even if you had a rash.
You'd eat bacon anywhere
sitting on your derriere.
Say you hate it,
& over-rated.
But when no one's looking
we find you cooking
bacon for your guilty pleasure.
It's your secret sinful treasure!

Nope...don't like the stuff.
Do try it every once and a while
tried it yesterday again
for the first time in over a year
I admit it smells good
but it tastes bad
Horrible actually
just plain vile

Kind of like vanilla extract
it smells good
but tastes bad
but bacon
unlike vanilla extract
is also extremely bad for you
