Spirits, Ghosts, Demons, Prophets, Fortune Tellers, Healers, Mediums, Seers, Astrologers, Numerologists, Palmists, Tarot readers, Spiritualists...............Real or Rubbish?
1. I believe in spirits because I've seen one and experienced one
2. I don't know what a ghost is. I always thought that was for horror movies
3. I don't know what a demon is. I read about it and see it in horror movies.
4 I've never met a fortune teller. I have no reason to believe either way
5. I do believe in mediums. I've been a medium a couple times in my life and being one is exhausting to the body.
6. I've never understood astrology. Though some things I notice are true but I never thought to look up why
7. My brother and aunt are into numerology. They told me about it once, it freaked my aunt out and it made my brother read the bible.
8. I never met a palmist.
9. I've had many tarot readings. Now I know how it works, it has a lot to do with astrology and psychology more than mystics.
10. I am a spiritualist. I converse with my ancestors and deceased closed family members as I do with my living family, friends, and strangers.
11. I do believe in healers.
12. Prophets? I never used the term in my everyday conversation nor believed in any.
Unfortunately media and thanks to many abrahamics have really messed up the definitions of these words.

Media and religious have mixed definitions of a lot of these words. Spirit is aura/energy of a person. Ghosts is a fictional embodied person or animal. A demon is personified evil. A prophet is someone who brings a divine message. Divine has many definitions. Fortune tellers is a fancy word. Astrologers, numerologist, and palmist see patterns and attribute them to events and things in everyday life. Mediums interact with the energies of people who passed and as spiritualists they converse with them as well. I honestly don't know what a seer is.
It's not rubbish. It's interesting though. A part of life probably 10% of the population don't want to discover because they think they have life beat by knowing everything is only what we can observe with our five senses.
Even scientists are christian etc. Why would a scientist believe in god if he found proof against its existence.
I only believe in spirits, spiritualism, medium, and healing. I have no reason not to believe in the others other than that it's either not my preference and/or just not a field of study I want to involve myself with. Astrology and tarot reading is very complex. Makes me have a headache.
