that "under God" is a permanent part of the Pledge of Allegiance to the US flag. Congress passed the law in 1954 and President Eisenhower signed it into law.

It served it's purpose during the communist threat. It's time to return the pledge to it's originality.

I've always refrained from saying the pledge....especially that part.
(I don't say no stink'n loyalty oath....even if it didn't have sky fairies in it.)
Btw, it's unconstitutional....but when has that ever stopped Congress, eh.

It was changed in 1954 to include "under God", so, obviously, it can be changed again to get rid of "under God" just as easily.

Ha hahahaha!

Catchy!
Aye, that's why Revoltistan adopted it as our motto.
It was chosen over.....
- Ya, you betcha!

Don't you think the politician that introduces such a bill will be committing political suicide?
Now? Maybe, maybe not. Trump is uniting everyone who opposes him, and they far outnumber those who support him. And, it seems like the kind of people who would want to leave "under God" as is are the same kind of people who would be foolish enough to support him. So, maybe Trump, through his horrible leadership, will unite enough people to fight against what he thinks is important. So, down the road, someone can bring this up and actually increase support by doing it.

I post the Fugio cent motto regularly.
On the obverse (or reverse?), it says....
"We are one"
Best mottos we ever had, & they're the originals, uncorrupted by theocrat influence.
Wait ... is that a joke? If that is true, you are `100% right. We MUST go back to that!

It will definitely get changed sooner or later, it's just a matter of time.

That looks kind of Revolting, we need to just keep what we have. ;)
Nah....the Fugio Cent mottos can appeal to everyone....except commies...they don't
like the "business" reference. But capitalism is indeed the founders' original intent.
So my commie friends may go suck eggs. (I mean that in a friendly way.)
