The Right to Life

Most understand this to mean that we don't have the right to take away anyone's life (we even created exceptions for this) but in truth it means much more. It means that we have the right to a life of our liking.
For example, I am born into a life that glorifies war and violence, it even has rules, imagine that, war with rules. If you were to poll the majority of the world, the ones that provide bodies to be slaughtered if they would be happy in a world without war, they would respond with a resounding no but we don't get to exercise that aspect of the right to life because we are not aware of our rights. We just accept the life we have been given, especially if we find ourselves in a comfortable position. Contrary to popular opinion, these rights are not given, they are yours, learn them, exercise them and they will become strong.

Man wasn't made for life, life was made for man.

Nations without strong armies get predated upon by nations with strong armies. Simple fact. How do you propose to change this?

Well... to our understanding and then knowledge, which, to my dismay, I have found much, much more difficult than liking.

I don't understand what you saying here, I say we have the right to the kind of life we want, I didn't say it was going to be given.

Hmmm... I don't think I agree with you. We are so often and so easily deceived. Happily, I have found there to be a certain amount of intercession. To the other: I can like the idea of walking on water, I can want to walk on water, I can believe I can walk on water, but until I know I can walk on water, I won't be able to. Sorta tough.

Is that really what you want, to walk on water?
