Is it wrong for a man to wear a skirt and high heels

So I live in a facility with a man who wears a skirt, high heels, make up, and lipstick...

For some reason I find it amusing :D... I'm trying to figure out why that's funny.

Is there anything wrong in your opinion with a man wearing a skirt and high heels? Do you find it amusing?

I have one skirt, one lipstick and one pair of high heels that I literally only got because I was a bridesmaid in a wedding recently. Guys can have them if they want, I'll leave them on the curb for pickup.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone can wear whatever they want. It's better if someone looks good in what she or he chooses to wear, but the freedom should be there.

Is there anything in the Bible that says a man can't wear women's clothing?
Geez, that's an oddly specific thing to put into a Holy Book. Is there a verse about colour coordinating outfits as well?

Is the guy transgendered, or does he just crossdress? In either case, let him do his (or her) thing. Does it negatively impact others? No.

As for the "holy book", that's only relevant to those who actually believe in it. Even then, believers need to worry about their own "sins" rather than those of other people (unless it's actions that harm others, like theft, rape, assault, murder, etc.).

The OP question bores me so much I'm going to take the position that it's morally wrong for a man to dress in a skirt and high heels -- just for the entertainment value of doing so.

EDIT: Here's my thesis: It cannot be demonstrated to be morally right for a man to wear high heals and a skirt.

Yeah. God doesn't seem to like it. He's got kind of a weak stomach.

Deuteronomy 22:5
A woman must not wear men’s clothes, and a man must not wear women’s clothes. That is disgusting to the Lord your God."
Nothing intrinsically wrong with it you understand, just one of his psychological hangups.

In some cultures, skirts or similar articles of clothing are considered traditional men's garb. So your mileage may vary here.

Yeah, but with the kind of clothes they wore back then, was there really that much difference?

Looks like all these men are wearing dresses (and long hair, too).

Maybe that's why all the men had to have beards, so as to avoid any confusion.

I went through a period in my youth when I dressed in drag. For Halloween one year I even dressed up as Britney Spears.

Some years ago, Mrs Revolt & I were invited to a wedding.
It specified formal dress.
But they allowed one expected exception...
I was to wear a Hawaiian shirt.
Mrs Revolt (who is more civilized than I) resisted.
But I prevailed.

Wear what expresses who you are.
