I learned how to develop telepathy from a forum on Spirituality which was really good but which is now suffering from a lot of hacked accounts (those pesky Russians). Here is how to develop telepathy. Just try it. It's very simple, nothing special required we all can do it.
You will be able to communicate with people directly whenever they want to communicate all over the world, you will be able to talk to animals (who are superior to us and our are brothers and sisters from the Darma which I call everything, they are more human than us), you will be able to hear music in a new and different way, and you will be able to use the tapping system communicating to people with taps.
Here is how you do it. In the evening, turn the lights off, relax, lay down. Simple. Then think to yourself a question you have about the universe and address it to your spirit guides. Just say, "Spirit Guides, why does this happen." Now, here is the most challenging part, imagine and hear them respond to you in their voice. At first just pretend you are hearing from them while you feel you are talking to yourself. Keep the conversation going. Over about two minutes, you will hear other voices of people chiming. These are people with telepathy out there. That's it. Talk, have a fun time get up to speed. Now you have telepathy.
