What is wrong with smashing the idols?

The point is that there is no clear reason why it should not be considered an idol, while Muslims are so quick and so insistent to decide that most everything else is.

Fundamentalists of most religions use their book as an idol. That's why the liberals/reformists get so much much stick from their fundies.

It's almost like you're saying the progressive Muslims are the ones who are doing away with shirk!

While he was doing that in the most important center of mecca ,nobody tried to stop him? Did he just walk in and smashed them? Were there nobody else ?

Why would anyone want to stop him? Didn't you know Prophet Muhammad and his army conquered Mecca?

Off topic question for you. What does your avatar represents? Is it a civilian in authority clothing?

I don't know what to tell you.

This is a list of Mahdi claimants List of Mahdi claimants - Wikipedia

What are the chances Ahmadi was the real one?
For the record, most people who are neither Ahmadiyyas nor Muslims of other sects will, of course, disbelieve Ahmadi doctrine.

But they will rarely if ever see that as justification for mistreatment of Ahmadiyyas. There is certainly a place in civilized societies for religious disagreements that do not translate into mistreatment.

I don't know what you guys are trying to ask me. Apparently, Ahmadiyyas are recognized as non Muslims because they believe Ahmad was the Mahdi.

Wiki says:

In Islamic eschatology, the Mahdi is the prophesied redeemer of Islam who will rule for five, seven, nine, or nineteen years before the Day of Judgement and will rid the world of evil.

They are treated as non-Muslims by many or perhaps most other Muslims.

We kuffar tend to consider them Muslims, if we are even aware of any difference among them, Sunny, Shia, Sufi and other sects.

Edited to add: and that is to be expected. After all, the main objection against Ahmadis would be that they consider Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as a prophet and/or as the Mahdi.

But we "kuffar" rarely if ever consider Muhammad himself to be a true prophet - that is a main reason why we are not Muslims in the first place.

If we had any reason to mind the reverence towards Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, odds are that we would mind the reverence towards Muhammad at least just as strongly . Probably way more, since Ahmad's message is so much more respectful of us hell-bound unbelievers...
