Opposition to trump is satanic, according to Pat Robinson.

No, opposition to Trump is not all "crybabies" or unwillingness to go along with results, lost. Those would be the "not my president" crowd. Opposition, on the other hand, is just that; opposing the president's many inane and asinine policies, actions, and statements. And if I remember correctly (and I do, my parents watched nothing but FAUX News) Conservatives had more than enough opposition to Obama for eight years. The damn issue with his birth certificate persisted right up until the elections last year, for pity's sake!

So don't be too quick to leap up on a high horse, leaving actions of the past eight years so readily behind like they never happened.

They are a bunch of crybabies who lost the election but do not want to go along with the results.

Just because he was elected doesn't mean we have to tolerate corruption and incompetency. Do you think conservatives kept quiet about what they perceived to be Obama's mistakes or misdeeds? Of course not. If someone is going to lead this great nation, they need to be held to a high standard, and to account. Just because the lowest common denominator is devoid of integrity doesn't mean that everyone else should follow suit and forgo their own.

I saw Pat Robertson waving his bible at a pigeon the other day, yelling something about demons and God's vengeance.

From my perspective, it's just the opposite. The current regime is evil and must be opposed because their avowed aim (bannon) is to destroy America by destroying the Federal Government. I remember the last time this was tried and we wound up with a crashing economy, deficits going to the moon and incompetence during disasters. Now we have the example of Kansas which is turning into a third-world mess and the avowed desire of the current regime to make the same stupid mistakes that failed before.

We will take back America from those who would destroy it and destroy our ideals no matter how much the right whines and name calls hypocritically. It was OK for them to have an 8 year temper tantrum and say 'no' to everything President Obama did but now they're calling names because we've adopted many of their tactics.

There are fifty US states. The central government is large and unwieldy, but it became what it is because of tensions between states. It has ascended, engulfing them; and at times it has taken on too much authority, yes. If the states can prove themselves civil, then they can take back some of that authority. Then the federal government can shrink. It would be a good thing for that to happen I think, for the states to start performing better. I think it will happen, too.

I'm curious. How'd you feel about Birtherism and the Republicans obstructing literally everything Obama tried to do?

That's completely different because Barack Hussein Obama was genuinely black an anti-American Muslim who was literally Satan.

That makes it clearly patriotic, don't you see?

The real worrisome thing about Trump is his perilous regression that he has put in motion, whether its dissolving the clean water act, increasing nuclear arms, building up the military and tearing down diplomacy, he lacks the competency to consider consequences. What's the use of more destructive power if he doesn't get to play with his toys. He has confused the role of president with that of the emperor. And we will all pay the price.

Capitalism is, from the most superficial point of view, Satanic. Most Satanists have a "survival of the fittest" mentality, which I happen to share, thus they are capitalists, as they see capitalism as compatible with their beliefs. In reality, modern capitalism is unfair as it misinterprets the meaning of money. Money isn't wealth. It's more of a scale upon which to determine wealth. Second of all, most of the money has been manipulated by "successful businessmen" like Trump, who do not do any real work. They are simply skilled in the art of manipulating money; they are merchants, not creators. Capitalism in its purest form could be a good thing, though it's not really capitalism then...
In short, your average mature Satanist would support Trump for fiscal reasons.

Your average "**** Trump" person, on the other hand, is generally either going to be very neutral, or an SJW with a fetish for weakness. Not really a Satanist.

The problem with arguments belonging to either side is that they are emotionally driven. "Hillary is a scumbag liberal who belongs in prison", or "Trump is an evil white supremacist who hates women". There is good and bad to be seen in both candidates.

Forgive me - I'm not really up to date with US politics but I thought the election was over?

Oh and PS - opposition is an essential part of democratic government - which usually means the 'government' doesn't really 'govern' (at least not to the extent it would have liked to) - unless of course you shoot all the people with opposing views before the election - but we only usually encourage that in other people's countries not our own.

PPS - has Pat Robertson ever won the Emmy for best comedy? That clip was surely the funniest thing I've seen on TV for ages...and he was so deadpan...you could barely tell he wasn't serious!
