Its because a country which is bordering Iraq doing something like that makes more sense than US or Canada doing it.

I'm willing to guess that those that have an issue with the United States doing this is because they have EPTSD (election post traumatic stress disorder).

It seems that Muslims just cannot assimilate with Western countries, they go there and want to live their own way trying to change the very country they have entered, its just not on, it is bad and should not be tolerated at all.
