Yes I smashed the bible, for I realized it was nothing more than an idol.
What if I want to destroy the idols more than you want to worship them?
We call it a draw and leave them alone. Someone spent a lot of time making those, damn it. Don't wreck them because they're prettier than your god.

I have a digital Quran that I listen to. Quran means recitation.
Who cares how badly you want to destroy them? If they're ancient, then they're the heritage of all humanity. They don't belong to you and it's hubris to think you have the right to destroy or damage them. Such people should be executed.

There will always be filthy, degraded types who don't value that which is numinous and greater and grander than them. Others who have Virtue need to be on the lookout for them. They are plagues, like with the Taliban and ISIS.
I guess we could just delete the app as a substitute. But it lacks the same grandeur.
