Stop leaving reviews for a restaurant in a small town or city like "I'm from Chicago/New York, therefore this pizza sucks". We are aware that we are not in NY/Chicago. We do not believe that New York pizza is better because it came from there. I'll give you that you will find a better pizza place in a city that's 50x larger, but we know you are not trying to help us, but make yourself look cool.

Stop saying how authentic something is, because if you're one of the 0.1% of people that remark on authenticity that really do know, you are probably ignorant of the availability of ingredients and insensitive to the fact that the **** doesn't sell.

Don't be afraid to acknowledge that Westernized versions of things are good. Truly authentic stuff would make most of you barf to look at it.

I won't believe that you want authentic Chinese untill I see you eat a fetal duck egg.

I don't leave reviews, but I live in a small town, and it wouldn't take that much effort for the local joints to kick it up a notch. They could pay more attention to getting better ingredients, which is not impossible, because one of them does. There's a lot of lazy, don't-care restauranting going on.
