The law doesn't work that way.
A corporation is at most a partial person, having some rights but not others.
Exactly ... I'm all for that.
Some ideas might seem initially wonderful, but unanticipated consequences doom them.
Good luck trying to find a country willing to base an economy upon such a structure.

Oh, no.....market freedom is like other freedoms, eg, speech.
Some systems offer more liberty than others.
So it's about being pretty much "free".
Ain't nuthin perfect.

If a food plant does not make their food kosher, do they go out of business? Does the FDA give them fines. It would be wise to make pot kosher. If I was Jewish, I would just put all these symbols on pot because when you get the munchies its all kosher.:cool:
