Are you following the Beast or its image?

Here are some key doctrines that both the Beast and its image hold and teach. Test your faith and see where you stand in any particular area.

1. Sunday as the Lord's day.

2. Jesus' death on Friday and resurrection on Sunday, which is the only reason why Sunday is called the Lord's day.

3. Jesus' birth on December 25th.

4. Immortality of the soul.

5. Heaven or hell at death.

6. Eternal burning of living wicked people in a place under the earth called, hell.

7. Heaven is the hope for the righteous.

8. Unclean animals are now clean.

9. Easter Sunday.

10. Forty days of lent.

11. Infant baptism.

12. Secret Rapture.

13. Antichrist is revealed after the second coming of Jesus.

14. The trinity doctrine as defined by the Vatican.

15. The dead are alive.

If you hold to any of the above beliefs or practices you are following the Beast or its image in that area.

Please elaborate #8. Thank you in advance.

I can't because of your statement, "A beast teaches? A beast is a wild thing honey." You must first understand the Beast and its image before you can even begin to fight the spiritual war that we are in.

Look again. This is a DIR.

What's a DIR?

It seems to me that you are challenging the Seventh-day Adventists. Debate is not allowed on a DIR.

I am certain that to follow Jesus Christ is NOT to invest in knowing the beast.

What's a DIR?

Just because people say they follow Christ or say they believe in Jesus or even teach and preach Jesus does not mean they are not being deceived or even
deceiving others.

Matthew 24:4-5 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.

Persecution comes in all shapes and sizes. Truth is truth no matter who rejects it or how they reject it.

Is that what we have come down to? Where as testing of things gone?
You have to move the topic out of the DIR thread. The topic is fine. The where choice is not fine.

DIR threads are for understanding the different religions. OK?

There is a thread for discussion with a moderator. If you ask for the thread to be moved they might do that.

Just to clarify, do 7th Day Adventists ACTUALLY believe that Jesus was born on December 25th?

When it comes to worship it's about what you believe and what you do. We can say we believe or don't believe certain things about God but what we do can deny certain truths about God in spite of what we believe.

Titus 1:16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

Where did this come from? How is this relevant to the question I asked? You couldn't be making assumptions about me, could you? I certainly hope not, for your sake.

I mean, to most Christians, December 25th is a somewhat arbitrary date celebrating Christ's birth, but was chosen because it lines up with the winter solstice. There is no reason whatsoever to believe that Jesus was actually born on this specific date in the Roman Calandar.

For clarification, I asked the following question:

"Do 7th Day Adventists ACTUALLY believe that Jesus was born on December 25th?"
