Same Jesus, but the source of Mohammad(pbuh)'s stories about Jesus isn't only the four Gospels of the Bible but includes other "lost" or Apocryphal gospels not included in the Bible, that's why some of the stories are different from what Christians hear. The Gospel of Barnabas seems to be one of the sources, it is available today.

2-Other Muslims (not all) believe Jesus was taken from cross to heaven and someone else was placed instead of him. They consider he will physically come in latter days and with Imam Mahdi he will counter anti-Christ.

I believe all of those crucifixion fantasies are contrary to the Bible and therefore in error.

I believe the second coming is not metaphoric but He will physically return just as He ledt.

Definitely not. The only similarities are that Jesus is the Messiah, was born of Mary by way of a Virgin Birth, performed miracles and will return. Other than that, they're very different figures.

One of the unknown minor traditions of Christianity not depicted in the Bible is the birth of Jesus in the Quran. It is found at the Church of the Kathisma of the Theotokos

You can find information about the site and it's links to early Islam as an influence prior to prophethood below. the site was only found in the late 90s and academics is slow to release information to the masses. Easily overlooked by many.
