Hmm... I'm not sure my generally nihilistic outlook on life does much for my well-being. But, then again, what can ya do?
You can try some religions. :-D
Funny you all thought it was a physical aspect I was questioning. Perhaps it is a language thing but I dont necessarily mean the physical. Fine you want to include that aspect too but I am asking how your life is getting better and better believing what you believe as you get old.
There certainly are people like that, but I know it's not universal, and I'm pretty sure it's not even a majority. My religion is something I get to see in action every day, because it is a reflection and celebration of life. In all its aspects.I think people have forgotten to live the beauty of their religion or they cant find any in it and all they do is to try to defend it to those questioning their beliefs.
What a coincidence!I think my religion actually makes my butt look fat.

But as far as "aging gracefully," to heck with that. I'm not aging gracefully ... I'm not even acknowledging that I'm supposedly a grown-up.
And mentally active all the time. giving an instant welcome and an anagram to new comers. What a coincidence!
My religion make yer butt look fat too.
It also makes my breath smell garlicy.
As for aging gracefully, I advise staying spry.
Yes, I've actually been called "spry".
I believe the truth will make you look old and decrepit.I believe if somebody is believing in truth their life and everythin in it is suppose to be affected by its beauty.
So how is your religion helping you to age gracefully?
